1. Engineering Management Trainee

- You will gain insight into how our business operates and how to elevate customer convenience. You will be given the opportunity to contribute while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree majoring in Electrical / Electro /Mechanical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
- Pursuing a degree qualification with solid academic background.
- Willing to undergo 2 years of service bond throughout the program period.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic in the retail and property industry with an open mind to learn all functions.
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast- paced & collaborative environment.
- Active in school or community organizations, and have leadership experiences is a plus point.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written at the business level is strongly required.
2. Concierge Officer
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree from any major.
- Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Able to speak other international languages.
- Responsible, reliable, and possess a professional presentation.
- Outstanding customer service skills are required.
- Technology savvy.
- Willing to work in shifts.
Job Descriptions :
- Build and maintain a good relationship with customers.
- Provide excellent service to customers.
- Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well and up to standard.
- Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia tenant’s promotional programs and activities.
3. Customer Relations Officer
Qualifications :
- High School or Diploma Degree with a minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or F&B industry.
- A service & people-oriented person.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office.
- Able to communicate in English, both spoken & written.
- Technology savvy.
- Well-groomed and have a pleasant personality.
Job Descriptions :
- Maintain our loyal customers by giving a personal touch in greeting & assisting them at G CARD Lounge.
- Handle complaints & provide solutions.
- Administer G CARD transactions.
- Ensure the facilities in G CARD Lounge are running well for customer convenience.
- Able to connect professionally and positively with the customers.
4. Front Office (Residences)
Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Hospitality Management.
- Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
- Having other international language will be a plus point.
- Knowledgeable in front office operations
- Customer Service oriented.
- Proficient in operating computers.
Job Descriptions :
- Provide excellent service to the tenants.
- Coordinate all incoming requests, complaints and inquiries that will be distributed to the related departments.
- Establish good communication and relationship with the tenants.
- Maintain latest tenant’s database and update the latest tenant’s information.
- Knowledgeable in products and services for residence’s daily activities.
