Posisi:
Learning and Development Staff
Responsibilites :
- Support Training Manager to identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis
- Arrange schedule training for all employee based on training calendar event
- Preparing training budget and guide training activity
- Monitor the implementation and initiate improvement activities
- Responsible for the training evaluation (facilitators/ vendors) performance and effectiveness of training programs (provide recommendations for improvement)
Professional Qualifications :
- Held Bachelor Degree majoring Education Management/ Human Resource Management/ Psychology
- Experienced as Training Staff/ Learning Development Staff for at least 1 year
- Experienced in monitoring training activity as a facilitator
- Possess basic knowledge of end-to-end training activity
- Candidate should be willing to work at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta
