Berdiri pada Oktober 2015, PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) merupakan perusahaan patungan antara konsorsium Badan Usaha Milik Negara Indonesia (BUMN) melalui PT Pilar Sinergi BUMN Indonesia (PSBI) dan konsorsium perusahaan perkeretaapian Tiongkok melalui Beijing Yawan HSR Co.Ltd, dengan bisnis utama di sektor transportasi publik dengan skema business to business (B2B). Hadir untuk mengembangkan infrastruktur transportasi massal perkeretaapian tanah air, PT KCIC saat ini merupakan pemilik proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung yang merupakan salah satu Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) pemerintah Indonesia sesuai dengan Perpres No. 3/2016.

Trainee Operation & Maintenance High-Speed Railway
1. Trainee of Telecommunication Technician
Perform maintenance and inspection of telecommunications equipment Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway.
Requirements :
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum D3 education with requirements:
- Major: Electrical Engineering or related
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) from a university that has a department / study program accreditation at the time of graduation of at least “Excellent (B)” from BAN-PT or a graduate of a railway university with a major in building and railroad engineering.
- Freshgraduate are welcome to apply
- Gender is preferably male
- No Color Blindness & Normal BMI
- Good English language skills, being able to speak mandarin is an added value
- Willing to work shifting and placed according to company policy
2. Trainee of Signaling Technician
Perform maintenance and inspection of signaling equipment for the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway
Requirements :
- Maximum age 35 years old
Minimum D3 education with requirements:- Major: Electrical / Network Engineering or related
- Minimum CPA of 3.0 (three point zero) from a university that has a department / study program accreditation at the time of graduation of at least “Excellent (B)” from BAN-PT or a graduate of a railway university with a major in building and railroad engineering.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

3. Trainee of Power Supply Technician
Performed maintenance and inspection of electrical equipment of the Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway.
Requirements :

- Major: Electrical Engineering or related

- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) from a university that has a department / study program accreditation at the time of graduation of at least “Excellent (B)” from BAN-PT or a graduate of a railway university with a major in Railway Mechanics Technology

5. Trainee of EMU Maintenance Technician
Conducting maintenance and inspection of EMU (Electrical Multiple Unit) Jakarat Bandung High-Speed Railway.
Requirements :
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum D3 education with requirements:
- Major: Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Railways, Transportation Management, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Shipbuilding Engineering, Energy Conversion Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) from a university that has a department / study program accreditation at the time of graduation of at least “Excellent (B)” from BAN-PT or a graduate of a railway university with a major in Railway Mechanics Technology.
- Freshgraduate are welcome to apply.

- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (three point zero) from a university that has a department / study program accreditation at the time of graduation of at least “Excellent (B)” from BAN-PT or a graduate of a railway university with a major in building and railroad engineering.
