Posisi:
1. Quality Analyst
Loker SMK
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct laboratory analysis for raw materials, WIP, and finished products.
- Prepare and standardize reagent solutions.
- Perform instrument calibration and ensure lab equipment runs properly.
- Prepare product and marketing samples.
- Input results into SAP and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications :
- D3 in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.
- Familiar with CPO, CPKO, Stearine, FEB, PKS.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & SAP.
2. Fatty Alcohol Team Leader
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide operational and supervisory support for the Fatty Alcohol Plant and new central laboratory facilities.
Qualifications :
- D3 in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering.
- 3–5 years supervisory experience in a lab (Fatty Alcohol experience preferred).
- Able to operate SAP Inspection QM Module.
3. Bonded Zone Receipt Declaration Officer
Import Project Management
- Review and confirm draft shipping documents sent by the supplier for the import project.
- Send the final shipping documents to the transporter for the import project.
- Check the material arrival schedule to prepare for the pre-clearance process for the import project.
- Coordinate with the transporter regarding the clearance process until the cargo is released for the import project.
- Arrange the schedule for the container/imported goods entry into the User’s Own Inventory (UOI) after coordinating with the unloading team for the import project.
- Coordinate and inform security of the material details to be forwarded to the unloading team for the import project.
- Coordinate with the unloading team if the unloading time does not match the established schedule for the import project.
- Coordinate with the transporter if issues are found regarding the unloading time not matching the schedule for the import project.
General Import Documentation and Compliance (Operational and Project)
- Verify the material’s HS code to ensure whether the material is subject to import restrictions (LARTAS) or not, for both operational and project imports.
- Process the BC 2.3 document and send it to the transporter as a requirement for clearance for both operational and project imports.
Requirement & Qualification :
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, industry or a related business field is often preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing, trading, or logistics company is highly valued.
- Proficiency in using logistics software, Ceisa 4.0 (customs system), all shipping liner website, and the Microsoft Excel and Office Suite is a must.
- Strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and clear communication are the most critical qualifications for success in this role.
- Fluent in English and familiarity in SAP is a plus.
- Ready to work from site in Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatra
