- The Graduate Development Program (GDP) at PT Petrosea is a comprehensive one-year program designed to attract the best talents and develop them into future leaders in the mining, engineering, construction industries, and the professional world. This program combines intensive learning experiences both in the field (practical) and theoretical aspects, integrating technical skill enhancement and soft skill development. 1. Graduate Development Program – Digital Excellent
Education :
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related fields with maximum graduated in 2023.
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience :
- Have minimum GPA 3.30 out of 4.00 of grade scale
- Have minimum 500 for TOEFL/TOEIC score or 5.5 for IELTS Score
