Lowongan Kerja Terbaru PT Sulawesi Cahaya Mineral (SCM) Tahun 2025
Posisi:
1. Mine Operation Foreman
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining or Geology or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Mine Operation (Nickel Mine is preferable).
- Deep knowledge of computer skills, including their applications to mine engineering and reporting.
- Certified POP.
Key Roles :
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mining operaitons.
- Inspect mine site to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement mining plans to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on mining operations.
- Collaborate with Engineering to plan and execute.
2. Mine Operation Supervisor
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining or Geology Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mine Operation (Nickel Mine is prefereble).
- Deep knowledge of computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering and Reporting.
- Skills in Vulcan or Surpac and Minesched is preferable.
- Certified POP.
Key Roles :
- Implement short term detailed mine execution plans.
- Supervise the performance of mining contractor, mining foreman, operators in the mining operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the mining team, ensuring operational goals are met.
- Prepare regular reports on equipment usage and operational performance.
3. Mine Planning Senior Engineer
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining or Geology.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Mine Plan (Nickel Mine is preferable).
- Deep knowledge of computer skills, mine design and mine planning.
- Excellent skills in Vulcan or Surpac and Minesched.
- Certified POP.
- Have active English communication skills.
Key Roles :
- Provide monthly rolling forecast and projection for year end mine plans in accordance with budget.
- Prepare and monitoring the progress of mine development project.
- Work closely with Surveyors, Infra Engineer and Operations Teams to maximize resource recovery, improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Technical leadership, mentoring Junior Engineers and actively contribute to contrinuous improvement.
4. Mine Superintendent
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mining or Geology Engineering.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Mine Plan (Nickel Mine Preferred).
- Deep knowledge of computer skills, mine design and mine planning.
- Excellent skills in Vulcan or Surpac and Minesched.
- Certified POP/POM.
- Have active English communication skills.
Key Roles :
- Developing short and medium mine plans to optimise production.
- Design pit and mine layouts, integrating cost effective and sustainable mining methods.
- Monitoring and adjusting plans in response to operational needs and change in conditions.
- Lead and mentor mine planning teams.
