1. Smelter Operation Readiness – Chief Accountant Cash Management Support to overall activities of Smelter and PMR business operations, including maintaining Cashflow Projection, SIMODIS Reporting and optimizing Cash productivity.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Consolidated monthly cash flow projection for PMR and Smelter business project.
- Maintaining funding request to group for operational activities
- Consolidated daily cash balance for
PMR and Smelter business project. - Maintaining good relationship with bank partner as the purpose of cash management optimization and project automation.
- Responsible on preparing cash flow and fluctuation analysis in monthly basis.
- Responsible in SIMODIS Reporting as per Central Bank Regulation
- Responsible on daily cash movement in bank statement
The key challenges in this position include:
- Providing report that should be readily available while still keeping accuracy standard to fulfill government and other users’ requirements by making good coordination with subordinates and other parties.
- Analyze the complex data, in order to get reliable data for making planning and evaluation to better decision-making for best interests of Management.
- Describing the fluctuation analysis in detailed transaction and summarize in readable, reliable and clear report for management’s review.
- Strong understanding of accounting and reporting standards such as US GAAP, Indo GAAP, IAS and IFRS.
- Strong understanding of FCPA and government and tax regulations related to company’s business.
- The incumbent should be able to instill the departments vision and mission into each staff in the section.
- The incumbent should be able to prevent any kind of issues incurred within his/her area that will negatively impact the company’s business.
- The incumbent should be able to select/place the right people in each position within his area in order to maximize the value of its section.
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education & Experience S1 (bachelor) in Majoring
Management/Accounting. Has deep knowledge in internal control function and related regulation with Company’s business such as FCPA, government and tax regulation and has minimum at least 5-7 years experiences in finance and accounting of a multinational company or a managerial position as an internal/external auditor with a proven managerial skills and work experience in the international public accounting firm.

2. Smelter Operation Readiness – Process Control Engineer
The purpose of this position:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems to improve operational enhancement and efficiency, safety, process reliability, and dependable operation of Smelter & Refinery control system. Work collaboratively with other engineers and operators to optimizing and integrating advanced technologies like DCS, PLCS (Programmable Logic Controllers), SCADA systems, and loT devices into smelting & refining operations.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position:
1. Automation System Design and Implementation
- Design and program control systems for equipment like furnaces, mills, and conveyors.
- Develop and configure PLCS (TIA
Portal), DCS (Siemens PCS7), IMS and/or SCADA systems to monitor and control processes - Interfacing between DCS and MCC (DOL, VSD and SIPROTEC).
- Implement advanced sensors and loT solutions for real-time data acquisition.
2. Process Optimization
- Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual intervention and improve process stability
- Implement control loops and algorithms for optimized temperature, pressure, level, flow, and analyser control.
- Reduce downtime by automating maintenance alerts and diagnostics.
3. Equipment Integration
- Ensure seamless integration of new automation systems or packages with existing equipment.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and maintenance teams to ensure compatibility and functionality.
4. Troubleshooting and Maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve issues in automation systems, minimizing production interruptions.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize automation systems to collect and analyse process data for performance improvement.
- Generate reports on production efficiency, equipment performance, and process deviations.
6. Safety and Compliance
- Implement automated safety systems, such as emergency shutdowns and alarm management.
- Ensure automation solutions comply with industry safety standards and environmental regulations.
7. Training and Support
- Train operators and technical staff on using automation systems effectively.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and system upgrades.
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
- (Required) Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related field relevant to Process Automation such as Metallurgy, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics Engineering
- Engineer, preferably in hot-metals and hydrometallurgical/chemical processing facilities, with demonstrated experience in Siemens PCS7 or other PLC/DCS platforms.
- Adept at project management
- Experienced in the design and implementation of safety systems that may include Fatal Risk/Critical Risk Management principles (>2 years preferable)
- Experience in operational readiness efforts leading up to commissioning and start up
- Experience in big data management is desired though not mandatory
- Experience in application of Agile principles
