Lowongan Kerja PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk – PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk berdiri pada 2 Oktober 1998 sebagai bagian dari program restrukturisasi perbankan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia yang berkantor pusat di Jakarta, dan merupakan salah satu bank terbesar di Indonesia dalam hal aset, pinjaman, dan deposit. Pada bulan Juli 1999, empat bank milik Pemerintah yaitu, Bank Bumi Daya (BBD), Bank Dagang Negara (BDN), Bank Ekspor Impor Indonesia (Bank Exim), dan Bank Pembangunan Indonesia (Bapindo) digabungkan ke dalam Bank Mandiri yang mulai beroperasi sebagai bank gabungan milik pemerintah Indonesia pada pertengahan tahun 1999.

Salah satu pencapaian penting adalah penggantian secara menyeluruh platform teknologi. Bank Mandiri mewarisi sembilan sistem perbankan dari keempat ‘legacy banks’. Setelah investasi awal untuk konsolidasi sistem yang berbeda tersebut, Bank Mandiri mulai melaksanakan program penggantian platform yang berlangsung selama tiga tahun, dimana program pengganti tersebut difokuskan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan penetrasi di segmen ‘retail banking’.

Saat ini PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan September 2024 untuk mencari calon karyawan yang siap untuk mengisi posisi jabatan yang sedang dibutuhkan. Requirements:

• Score Average:
• High school graduates: minimum 6.5 average on the national test score, or equivalent
• Diploma (D3/D4) & Bachelor’s degree (S1) graduates: minimum 2,75 on a 4,00 GPA Scale, or equivalent
• Maximum age at selection:
• High school graduates: 19 years old
• Diploma (D3/D4) & Bachelor’s degree (S1) graduates: 24 years old
• Customer Service role requires a minimum of Diploma’s degree (D3)
• Willing to remain unmarried during the internship period
• Presentable and demonstrating good communication skills
• Physically healthy and not color blind as evidenced by a health certificate from the hospital/local public health center
• Never involved in drug abuse or other violations of the law

• 24,00 years old for fresh graduate candidates
• 26,00 years old for candidates with relevant experience of at least 2 years
• Presentable with good communication skills, both verbal and written
• For fresh graduate candidates, preferably single and never been married
• No integrity issue
• No members of the nuclear family currently work in Bank Mandiri (i.e. parents or siblings)
