Hadir untuk mengembangkan infrastruktur transportasi massal perkeretaapian tanah air, PT KCIC saat ini merupakan pemilik proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung yang merupakan salah satu Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) pemerintah Indonesia sesuai dengan Perpres No. 3/2016.

1. Officer Finance
Job Description :
- Ensure counter closing reports (sales shifts) have been done on each shift.
- Ensure daily station reports by the person in charge assigned to the station regarding ticket sales (cash and non-cash).
- Perform pick up service on cash sales results (ensure points 1 and 2 are appropriate)
- Report the results of pick up service, daily station reports, and counter closing reports (sales shifts) to the finance and accounting department.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Accounting, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or nice to have working experience in finance
- Minimum 20 years old and maximum 25 years old at the time of application
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excell, experience using financial applications is preferred
- Able to work as individual or as a team
2. Officer Accounting
Job Description :
- Monitoring ticket transactions (counter and non counter) via ticket sales database
- Ensure cash transactions at the counter in the sales database are in accordance with the bank account
- Ensure non-cash transactions in the sales database are in accordance with the bank account
- Verifying that all ticket transactions and bank accounts have been recorded
- Ensure ticket transactions, PG, sales database, finance application are in accordance with bank accounts
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma in Accounting, with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
- Fresh graduates are very welcome, nice to have working experience in accounting
- Minimum 20 years old and maximum 30 years old at the time of application
- Unmarried is preferable
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excell application and preferably using applications according to the field of finance
- Have a tax brevet certificate A & B
- Able to work as individual or as a team
3. Mandarin Interpreter
Job Description :
- Translate the meeting, reports, formal letter work, and also in meeting or internal event or any activities into genuine Bahasa Indonesia – Mandarin or Mandarin – English (Vice Versa) if needed including but not limited.
- Translate any documents including technical terms, especially for construction and railway terms.
- Assist Expatriates to communicate with local employees
- Do coordination work or administrative
- Do daily/Weekly/Annual report
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering / Hospitality /Psychology / Chinese Language
- At least 2 years of working experience as an interpreter or in the related field
- Translate/Interpreter, Coordination, Team Work, Good Communication, Adaptability, independent, etc
- Disciplined, easy to communicate and well organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and resolve issues efficiently and effectively
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin (HSK 4), English (must have good writing, reading, listening and speaking skills).
