PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC ) adalah perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terletak di wilayah Sengata, Kalimantan Timur. KPC telah beroperasi sejak tahun 1992, dan merupakan salah satu pertam bangan open pit terbesar di dunia. PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) mengoperasikan tambang batubara di Sangatta Kalimantan Timur dan merupakan salah satu tambang batubara ekspor terbesar di dunia. Untuk mempertahankan posisinya sebagai penghasil batu bara paling efisien di dunia, KPC sedang melakukan peningkatan bisnis dan kinerja secara formal. PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) memiliki konsesi pertambangan dengan ukuran sekitar 90.938 hektar di Sangatta dan Bengalon di provinsi Kalimantan Timur, Indonesia. Pada 2012, total produksi batubara KPC di tambang Sangatta dan Bengalon mencapai 41,0 juta ton, naik dari 40,5 juta ton pada 2011.

1. Operator – Tanjung Bara Coal Terminal
- Grade: B
- Division: CPHD – CHTO
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Mengoperasikan peralatan produksi di area Tanjung Bara Coal Terminal sesuai dengan SOP pengoperasian yang berlaku mencakup peralatan fixed plant (Conveyor System, Stacker, Reclaimer dan Shiploader) dan alat berat.
- Menjadi bagian dari kegiatan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) di lingkup Departemen Coal Handling & Terminal Operation (CHTO).
- Melakukan kegiatan ikat dan lepas kapal di area Shiploading Facility.
- Mengoperasikan peralatan di area Control Room sebagai bagian dari pengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Operator.
- Mematuhi ketentuan HSE dan operasional yang berlaku di area Tanjung Bara Coal Terminal
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum lulusan STM/SMA/sederajat.
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja minimum 5 tahun di area operasi penambangan batubara.
- Kompeten dalam mengoperasikan Stacker, Reclaimer dan Shiploader.
- Kompeten dalam mengoperasikan unit light vehicle, fuel truck ringan, dozer Komatsu D375, dan wheel loader Cat 966H.
- Mampu dan bersedia bekerja di area ketinggian.
- Memiliki kemampuan dasar MS-Office.
- Memiliki pengetahuan proses operasi di area Tanjung Bara Coal Terminal (lebih diutamakan).
- Memiliki kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia secara aktif (memiliki kemampuan menggunakan Bahasa Inggris akan dipertimbangkan sebagai nilai lebih).
2. Specialist – Maintenance Training
- Grade: D
- Division : MSD – MSY
Key elements of the position include :
- Develop learning outcomes from data provided as a result Of training needs analysis conducted in the position’s particular discipline area.
- Develop lesson pla ns from a list of learning outcomes to provide a consistent approach to the delivery of a competency development program.
- Deliver off and/or on-the-job training for KPC employees to raise skill and levels.
- Develop training program materials such as training aids presentation material video education handouts technical bulletin, etc. to optimize the effectiveness and consistency of the competency development progran
- Assist in the process of training course materials (with the Superintendent’s approval) to raise content and delivery standards.
- Develop (as directed), stut training sessions/courses according to customers’ requirements and KPC development standards.
- Conduct training in a manner that will encourage and motivate trainees to want to learn.
- Monitor trainee progress in Earning during training sessions and provide appropriate feedback.
- Assess course participants to ensure that learning outcomes have been met.
- Record trainee attendance and assessment results accurately to ensure the integrity Of the Alesco training database and to provide accurate feedback to customers.
- Liaise with customers as required to provide information on training courses and training administration receive feedback all matters related to training activities, and determine training needs
- Maintain an awareness of one’s own career development needs and be proactive in the improvement Of skills, know’ledge and cornpetencies required to further improve one’s own performance.
- Ensure course content is fully covered by managing time during course delivery by starting and finishing at scheduled times, controlling break durations, and ensuring allocated theory/practical tirne is adhered to.
- Prepare training course delivery in a tirnely manner to ensure training resources and materials are ready, trainee handouts are printed training room and computing equipment are prepared and trainees are confirrned to attend
- Assess course participants to ensure that learning outcomes have been rnet. This includes ensuring that assessrnents are fully supervised assessment test content and results remain confidential and ensu@ that the practical testing process is controlled by rnaintaining high testing standards
- Record trainee attendance and assessment results accurately to ensure the integrity Of the Alesco training database and to provide accurate feedback to customers.
Qualification :
- S1 with minimum 3 years’ experience, or D3 with minimum 8 years’ experience or SLTA or STM on Mechanical or Electrical background with rninimum 10 years’ experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
- Possessing experience as a Maintenance Trainer or Competency Assessor would be preferable.
- Possessing the Training of Trainer Certification.
- Have good computer literacy and excellent skills in designing and developing training
- Have excellent organizing and tirne management skills.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
