Lowongan Kerja PT UD Astra Motor Indonesia (ASTRA UD Trucks)


1. Accounting & Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring and controlling day to day accounting transactions (general and cost accounting )
  • Monitoring and controlling day to day budget transactions
  • Prepare monthly sales, COCS and CP analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial reports to shareholders
  • Prepare monthly analysis reports of actual vs forecast (BS. IS. COGS. Expenses)
  • Handling asset opname. stock opname and External Audit

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in accounting with Brevet A/B Certification and/or CA Certification is an advantage.
  • At least 1-2 years experience of handling Accounting. preferably in Cost Accounting
  • Well understanding on PSAK & IFRS
  • Familiar in working with SAP. MS Excel. MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptive to work in an agile environment.
  • Able to communicate in English both written and verbally.
  • Experience in leadin a team will be an added value.

2. Cost Controller

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare quarterly business plan for shareholders
  • Conduct monthly financial review on actual vs planning with all related departments
  • Analyze the difference of actual financial performance vs business plan and propose alternative solutions to minimize the difference
  • Ensure profitability target will be achieved by reviewing the changes on sales price and cost of product
  • Prepare standard costing
  • Conduct feasibility studies on new projects and/or investment

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in accounting with Brevet A/B Certification and/or CA Certification is an advantage.
  • At least 1-3 years experience of handling Cost Control or Budget or Cost Accounting.
  • Well understanding on PSAK. IFRS and/or Tax regulations.
  • Familiar in working with SAP. MS Excel. MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptive to work in an agile environment.
  • Able to communicate in English both written and verbally.
  • Experience in leading a team will be an added value.
