1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Job description
- Supporting Project Management Department for administration tasks.
- Handling basic Project administrative tasks, such as preparation of project documentation, daily activities reports every week, filling all activities project documents and etc
- Coordinate all document reconciliation with other departments related to project standards and project billing.
- Does other selective tasks given by Manager Project Management
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent from a reputable University.
- Fresh Graduate or max. 1-year experience in IT Industry.
- Willing to join 1-year Trainee Program.
- Expert in operating Ms. Office.
- Have excellent communication & administration skills.
- Good understanding of Project Management.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Area).
2. IT OPERATION TRAINEE
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems / Computer Engineering / Information Technology or a related field
- Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience
- Willing to join the 1-year development program
- Has a good personality, communication, and teamwork
- Has an interest in systems engineer and database administrator
- Familiar with Linux, Networking and SQL are advantageous
- Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)
