1. Graduate Development Program – Manufacturing Engineer Process

You are responsible for

  • There are several assignments in Batam, each with a specific focus. During the assessment center, the managers will elaborate more on their department and the assignments available.
  • To manage the availability of material through the proper material master data setup, capacity planning and purchase order management with internal and external suppliers, and mitigate in case of supply risks and issues.
  • Follow up the purchasing activity (create PO, release forecast, follow up delivery)
  • Maintain correct master data in SAP that enable systems to calculate correctly.
  • Weekly Analysis the inventory
  • Regular discussion with supplier

The 2 rotations for this role are mentioned below:

Rotations-1: OMM Analyst

  • SAP for OMM Power BI Lean Basics

Rotation-2: Supply Plan

  • SAP for SP

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • A customer-first attitude
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Administration, Business with a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Have a maximum of 2 years’ work experience post-graduation.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager and ambitious
  • Business fluency in English
  • International experience would be a benefit.

2. Graduate Development Program – Operational Buyer Support

  • Follow up the purchasing activity (create PO, release forecast, follow up delivery)
