GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Graduate Development Program (GDP) merupakan sebuah program yang dirancang khusus bagi para lulusan baru yang memiliki ketertarikan dalam mempelajari berbagai fungsi bisnis e-commerce dan digital financial services di Shopee dan SeaMoney. Para lulusan baru akan menjalani empat rotasi yang telah dikurasi dengan seksama, masing-masing berdurasi selama 6 bulan dalam kurun waktu 2 tahun. Di akhir program, Anda akan mendapatkan pengalaman dalam mendorong proyek-proyek lokal berdampak tinggi dan memiliki pandangan holistik tentang bisnis. Pendaftaran dibuka mulai 16 Agustus 2023 hingga 15 Oktober 2023.

4. Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline, with no more than 2 years of full-time working experience in any industry (as at 15 October 2023)
- Fast learner who is resourceful and driven to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment
- Self-starter who is determined to lead change and make a real impact
- Effective communicator who is clear in putting across thoughts and ideas
- Leader who can influence people towards the achievement of goals
5. What Is The Selection Process? Shortlisted candidates will go through a rigorous selection process with our recruitment and management teams.

- Online Assessment: August – November
- Behavioural Interview: August – November
- Group Case Assessment: October – November
- Interview with Senior Leaders: November – December
