Kebutuhan URGENT untuk posisi dibawah ini, penempatan di Project Smelter Aluminium area Kalimantan.

1. HRGA Department Head

Responsible to monitor, control, manage and coordinate all Human Resource & General Affair activities in the company including Recruitment, People Development, Industrial Relation and Remuneration.


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate from any major.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in HR Leadership function.
  • Good knowledge in HR functions: employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment and employee relations.
  • Have good communication & interpersonal skill.
  • Have good analytical thinking.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience in handling HRGA Site Operations for construction projects would be beneficial.
  • Willing to be located at/frequently travel to North Kalimantan Site (roster based).

2. HRGA & Industrial Relationship Section Head


  • Analyzing and providing data on company regulations and government regulations related to employment.
  • Conducting negotiations and other activities in the context of resolving labor problems or disputes between the company and employees in accordance with the applicable negotiation procedures.
  • Make periodic reports on the company’s employee conditions to stakeholders.
  • Analyze the level of violations that occur in the employee environment and apply sanctions to create conducive working conditions.
  • Establish communication and good relations between the Union and employees with the company


  • Bachelor Degree of Law/Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in the same field.
  • Understand the current labor laws and understand the industrial relations process.
  • Have good leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have knowledge about K3LH.
  • Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan Site.

3. Warehouse Section Head

Manage and oversee end-to-end inventory activity of the warehouse including receiving, handling, storing, picking & distribution, and to build effective and efficient warehouse system in order to ensure optimum support to construction activities.


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years experiences (Supervisor level) in the area of Inventory Management preferably in construction projects.
  • Have good competencies on system analysis.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project.
  • Willing to be located at North Kalimantan Site (roster based).

4. Material Control Supervisor


  • Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors.
  • Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
  • Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
  • Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day, etc.
  • Conducting raw material testing prior to shipment.


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 3 years of experience with similar scope of work.
  • Have Quality Control Certification (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
  • Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role.
  • Professional experience in companies that provide QC Services would be an advantage.
  • Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site.

5. Contract Management

Analyze the information that has been agreed upon the procurement process by Procurement, Users, Vendors and other related parties to ensure that it is in accordance with effective and efficient rules as well as carrying out the process of drafting contracts up to preparing contracts before the work begins.


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from all major preferably in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same/similar position
  • Proven track record on drafting/finalize contract with Chinese Company would be an advantage.
  • Having good strategic thinking, analytical skill, logical thinking and detail oriented.
  • Good communication, time management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to execute task within tight project’s schedule.

6. General Affair Officer

Control and supervise the maintenance of Site Office facilities in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures to apply the smooth and successful operational in general affairs within the Site Project’s.


  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Minimum 4 years experience as General Affair Staff or 2 years in similar position
  • Required Competencies : General Affairs Management & Operations
  • Good communication, leadership & managerial skills
  • Experience in coordinating with expatriate/foreign workers would be an advantage
  • Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan Site (roster based)

7. Project Support Officer (Mandarin Speaker)


  • Responsible for translating/interpreting all communication in Mandarin & Bahasa (both oral and written) within project context
  • Proactively follow up and closely working with internal team members and partners
  • Support all tasks related to the project


  • Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree of any major
  • Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (oral and written) is a must
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as translator/interpreter, project support, project admin, project assistant, working with Chinese native or in China company
  • Having experience as translator/interpreter/project assistant on company establishment projects, Joint Venture, business transaction will be preferable
  • Having minimum Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshì (HSK) certification Level 4 is an advantage
  • Able to work in dynamic & project-based working environment
  • Willing to travel to Site Kalimantan Utara

8. Payroll Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Excecute end-to-end payroll operations for employee’s compensation & benefit according to company’s policy to ensure employee’s benefit fulfilled properly in timely manner.


  • Bachelor of Engineering / Management / Accounting with min. GPA 3,00.
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences as Payroll Supervisor or similar position in Payroll Operations.
  • Mandarin Speaking ability is a must.
  • Strong capabilities in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation.
  • Having experience in liaise with BPJS, Banks/Financial Institution & Regional Tax Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.

9. Admin Support Staff

Manage and provide administrative needs in the Human Resource / Procurement Department to support site project’s operational activities.


  • Minimal D3 in Any Major preferably majoring in Business Administration
  • Have at least 1 years of working experience as Administration or in the related field in similar industries
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Have good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be placed in North Kalimantan Site
