1. GL/FIN CLOSING & NON EXP

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  • Prepare Jakarta accounts monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities, including communicating with NOLA and Jobsite accounting, in order to ensure all journals and transactions are accurately and properly booked according to company’s policies and procedures.
  • Prepare bank accounts monthly reconciliation for all PTFI and its affiliates bank accounts, in order to ensure all transactions are booked properly and to identify, explain, and follow up any differences between bank statement and company’s book.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly trial balance analysis for Jakarta PTFI and PTFFI, including detail supporting schedule preparation, in order to provide valuable financial information to management in controlling company’s activities.
  • Provide financial transaction and legal document related data and information to internal and external auditors, in order to support auditors in conducting their audits.
  • Prepare and analyze draft of PTFFI, PTMV and PTFI Singapore branch annual audit reports, including its financial figures and comments, in order to ensure all the information in the reports are accurate and adequate according to company’s policies and procedures.
  • Prepare financial data and other information of PTFI and PTFFI, and prepare annual company profiles for those companies to be submitted to Dept. of Industry and Trade, in order to comply with government regulation.
  • Prepare and analyze annual financial statements of companies which carry PTFI and/or PTFFI investment (PTMV, PTMDD and PTPMIT), in order to provide valuable financial information to management in monitoring the company investment performance.
  • Prepare PTFFI non bank foreign exchange traffic Bank Indonesia monthly report to Bank Indonesia, in order to comply with government regulation.
  • Prepare semi annually PTFFI financial statement to be submitted to Dept. of Finance, in order to ensure all financial data and information in the statement are accurate and adequate according to company’s policies and procedure.
  • Administer and maintain account code in MIMS for Jakarta office accounts, in order to ensure all transactions are booked properly according to company’s policies and procedures and the month-end closing process can be performed smoothly with minimum problem.
  • Prepare audit confirmation reply for any request for PTFI, PTFFI and PTMV from their auditors, in order to support their audit processes.

Requirement:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • S1 (bachelors degree) in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with 1 – 3 years related experience in multi-national companies and/or public accounting firm.
  • Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)
  • Analytical skill, especially in financial.
    • Careful in details.
    • Computer and MIMS skill.
    • English.
    • Communication/inter personal skill (with users/employees and banks).
    • Honest.
    • Tax knowledge.
    • Fully understand company’s policies and procedures.

2. ACCOUNTANT, PAYROLL-CONTRACTOR

Job Responsibility:

  • Process monthly National Contractor Pro-Forma Invoice of PTFI and Privatization accurately and submit to each contractor on a timely manner in order to maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Process Trakindo Invoice in Contract Invoice System to ensure timely payment.
  • Prepare monthly accrual & allocation journals of Pro- forma Invoice accurately and timely to meet closing deadline.
  • Prepare contractor payroll monthly reconciliation on a timely basis (hours and account liability) to supports supervisor making the proper financial report to PTFI Management.
  • Process Performance Bonus Award for all Contractors accurately and timely to be paid on timely.
  • Investigate any complaints from employees or department and resolve the problem i.e., overtime adjustment, contract labor cost allocation and rate per hour in order to satisfy the customers.

Requirement:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management or equivalent experiences, with basic technical knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Experience in Accounting field for 0 – 3 years (payroll and taxation matters) is highly recommended.
  • Must be familiar with computer (Excel spreadsheet) and experience with any payroll system is recommended.

3. ACCOUNTANT PAYROLL JKTA, YPJ, NMI, MI

Job Responsibility:

  • Prepare and process monthly salary for PTFI Jakarta office, NMI & YPJ employees accurately and transfer/deposit to the bank timely in order to satisfy the customers.
  • Prepare and Process regular/irregular bonuses and termination payments if any for PTFI Jakarta office, NMI & YPJ employees accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and process the monthly payroll journal for PTFI Jakarta office, NMI & YPJ employees’ accurate allocation and in a timely manner to meet monthly accounting closing schedule.
  • Prepare and process monthly accrual & allocation journals (i.e., THR, KPI and Payroll Overhead) for PTFI Jakarta office, NMI & YPJ employees accurately and on a timely basis to meet monthly accounting closing schedule.
  • Prepare DUMTK report and Jamsostek payment for PTFI Jakarta office, NMI & YPJ employees accurately and on a timely manner to meet the GOI schedule.
  • Prepare monthly activity report of Compensation and Benefits for employees with the proper data to support supervisor making the financial information to Senior High Level.
  • Investigate any complaints from employee or Department and resolve the problem i.e., missing bank account, basic salary, etc. to inform related department of the factual.

Requirement:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • S1 (Bachelor) in Accounting/Economics/Management with 0 – 3 years’ experience in payroll and taxation or equivalent experience.
