1. OPERATION TRAINING DEVELOPMENT LEAD – SHOPEE XPRESS (JAKARTA)

Job Description:

  • Develop Learning Need Analysis (LNA) based on company needs
  • Create Learning & People Development Program and evaluate the process
  • Create and Organize Knowledge Management
  • Ensure that the learning program runs well and gets results that are in line with expectation
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of the training programs
  • Responsible for the training administration and report

Requirements: 

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree from any major
  • Proficient in designing training curriculum and in designing visual content (both pictures and video) for the creation of the modules (proficient in using design software)
  • Have at least 5 years experience in handling end-to-end training processes in Operations / Logistic background
  • Ability to communicate and high willingness to collaborate
  • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving is required
  • Placement in Sunter, North Jakarta, and Willing to travel

2. OPERATION EXCELLENCE LEAD – SHOPEE XPRESS (JAKARTA)

Job Description:

  • Develop Operation Excellence strategy and implementation plan inline with company’s objectives 
  • Drives Continuous Improvement initiatives implementation which leads to SLA improvements, quality improvements, productivity gain and cost reduction 
  • Accountable for maintaining and developing Operation System (i.e FMS) to support operations
  • Accountable for Operation Performance Management in terms of visibility and data readiness to support operation improvement and decision making
  • Ensure regular Operation Quality Assessment are done and to work with Operation to improve the quality  
  • Ensure SOP and WI for operations are available and updated according to the latest process change 

Requirements: 

  • At least has 10-12 years of experiences in Express Company/Logistics Company as an Operation Excellence Manager
  • At least a Bachelor degree from any major 
  • Understand and having experiences on Process Improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma Black Belt preferred), Project Management, Financial analysis
  • Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills (Kaizen & Lean skills are preferred)
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Expert Facilitator and able to manage all stakeholders
  • Lead by example (hands-on) leadership style who can show operation solution in the floor
  • Understand and having experiences on Implementing & Improving Transport / Freight Management System (TMS/FMS)
  • Willing to travel

3. SORTATION CENTER LEAD – SHOPEE XPRESS (BALIKPAPAN)

Job Description:

  • Monitor the daily operations of the sortation center through supervision of the inbound, sorting, bagging, reprocessing and outbound process
  • Ensure all function in the sortation center is running well in accordance with the SOP
  • Manpower planning in accordance with the fluctuations in the daily volume
  • Monitoring team productivity, capacity and tools in the sortation center
  • Conduct briefing with warehouse team (5S implementation & reporting)

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Logistics (Minimum 2 years as Coordinator / Supervisor)
  • Good communication and has a good leadership skills
  • Willing to work in Shifts
  • Willing to work in Balikpapan

4. MIDDLE MILE OPERATION SUPERVISOR – SHOPEE XPRESS (JAKARTA)

Job Description:

  • Supervise and lead 3PL / internal Line Haul movement
  • Align with all Distribution Center, First Mile hubs, and Last Mile hubs regarding lead time and demand trip
  • Align with the fleet team for unit readiness to maintain delivery line haul
  • Mapping Route & utilize unit
  • Monitor vehicle occupancy
  • Coaching and developing team to improve operational capability
  • Responsible to allocate resource planning for Sorting Center (SC) new implementation

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
  • Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain (previous experience as Transport Supervisor will be preferable)
  • Experienced in handling Land / Air / Sea Middle Mile 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Communicative, self-initiative, and adaptive
  • Permanent position and will be placed in North / West Jakarta
