1. Customer Facing Supply Chain

  1. Deliver Supply Chain Value Creation for Nestlé and the Customer
  2. Drive cross functional alignment by in partnership with Sales and across Supply Chain, define and lead a common customer strategy.
  3. Be the coordinator of multi-functional teams during execution of Idea to Launch (Concept Creation to final delivery)
  4. Drive success of On Shelf Availability and Online Availability, On Shelf Freshness and Distributor Stock Availability
  5. Use e-Retailer available data (daily sell out, inventory level, geographical sales, customer forecasts, etc.) to help improve forecasting and stock levels in collaboration with Demand Supply Planner.
  6. Be the e-Retailers main point of contact for Supply Chain
  7. Highlight the business opportunities for both Nestlé and the Customer in creating competitive gaps through supply chain value creation.
  8. Understanding the route to market for products sold online in the local market. Analyze risks with other functions such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Legal.
  9. Develop, Monitor and Drive the long-term updates of the Market Service Strategy Model

What will make you successful

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering Background; Industrial Engineering would be preferable.
  2. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field for this position.
  3. Fluent in English both oral & written
  4. Strong Service Orientation
  5. Excellent Communicator
  6. Able to adequately communicate with top management, both at market and at center level
  7. Embrace and lead change mindset
  8. Analytical skills and insight to interpret detailed information

2. HR Industrial & External Relation Specialist

A day in the life of…

  1. Implementation of HR compliance by conduct compliance audit Develop and execute comprehensive program to maintain harmonious industrial and external relation
  2. Execute regular meetings with labor union through bi partite
  3. Ensure collective labor agreement is valid
  4. Execute 3rd party provider compliance audit
  5. Develop security service provider with optimum cost
  6. Ensure and manage security performance through performance meeting
  7. Spend a qualitative time on the shop-floor, connecting and engaging team through coaching as part of Leadership at shop-floor implementation

What will make you successful

  1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Any major, preferable major of Law or Management
  2. Experience minimum 5 years in the same position
  3. Good knowledge on regulation of manpower and industrial relation
  4. Employee Relation certification
  5. Has a good networking and communication
