1. MANYAR SMELTER PROJECT – SMELTER PLANNER

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2 years experience
  • 5 or more (5+) years of experience in area directly relevant to mining
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of Engineering
  • Able to research and analyze information and draw valid conclusions
  • Skilled in planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Word & Excel, SAP, EMS, and other business systems.
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
  • Ability to effective communication to peers and supervision within the organization, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions

2. MANYAR SMELTER PROJECT – SMELTER PLANNING SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field and 7 years experienceTen or more (10+) years of experience in area directly relevant to mining
  • Prior major project management and/or start-up experience 
  • Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of Engineering
  • Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw validconclusions
  • Proficient in planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, Word & Excel, SAP, EMS, and other business systems.
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
  • Skilled in managing effective communication throughout all levels of the organization, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions 
  • Advanced degree or certification(s)Pyrometallurgical experience in a technical or leadership role

3. MANYAR SMELTER PROJECT – SMELTER PLANNING SUPERVISOR

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field and 4 years experience
  • Seven or more (7+) years of experience in area directly relevant to mining
  • Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees
  • Knowledge of the principles and practices of Engineering
  • Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
  • Proficient in planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up.
  • Skilled knowledge of MS Office, Word & Excel, SAP, EMS, and other business systems.
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions. Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
  • Ability to effectively communication throughout all levels of the organization, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions

4. MANYAR SMELTER PROJECT – PROCESS CONTROL ENGINEER

Requirements

  • (Required) Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related field relevant to Process Automation such as Metallurgy, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics Engineering.
  • Engineer, preferably in a hot-metals and hydrometallurgical/chemical processing facilities, with demonstrated experience in Siemens PCS7 or other PLC/DCS platforms.
  • Adept at project management.
  • Experienced in design and implementation of safety systems that may include Fatal Risk/Critical Risk Management principles (>2 years preferable).
  • Experience in operational readiness efforts leading up to commissioning and start up.
  • Experience in big data management is desired though not mandatory.
  • Experience in application of Agile principles.

5. MANYAR SMELTER PROJECT – SHIFT SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements

  • High-school diploma with at least 7 years of experience in operational leadership within a metal processing plant, or
  • Bachelors degree with at least 5 years of operational leadership experience within a metal processing plant.
  • Appropriate years of experience as detailed in desired qualifications.
  • Conversational English ability preferable.
  • Minimum POP certification as mandated by regulation. POM certification preferable.

6. MANYAR SMELTER PROJECT – RECRUITMENT SUPERINTENDENT

Role Spesific Competencies

  • Expert on recruitment assessment tools
  • Expert on Behavior Interview skill
  • Proficient with compensation and benefit model
  • Expert on Project Management
  • Skilled in managing effective communication throughout all levels of the organization, both verbal and written.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, social, or related field
  • Seven (7) years of proven experience in recruitment, and 3 years in similar level from other relevant industries
  • Prior major project management and/or start-up experience (experience in high-volume hiring greatly preferred)

7. MANYAR SMELTER PROJECT – PROCESS AUTOMATION SUPERINTENDENT

Requirements

  • (Required) Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or related field relevant to Process Automation such as Metallurgy, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Physics Engineering.
  • (Preferable) Masters degree in related to Process Automation or Operational/Engineering Management. 
  • Extensive experience (>10 years) in leading a Process Automation team.
  • Experience working in a hot-metals and hydrometallurgical/chemical processing facilities (>10 years preferable).
  • Adept at project portfolio management.
  • Experienced in design and implementation of safety systems that may include Fatal Risk/Critical Risk Management principles (>5 years preferable).
  • Experience in operational readiness efforts leading up to commissioning and start up.
  • Experience in big data management and analysis.

8. MANYAR SMELTER PROJECT – LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SUPERINTENDENT

Role Spesific Competencies

  • Expert on Training Need Analysis, Skill matrix, competencies matrix, performance appraisal, and performance management.
  • Expert to develop annual training plan and implementation.
  • Skilled in supervising, evaluating, training and motivating employees.
  • Able to research and analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions.
  • Skilled in managing effective communication throughout all levels of the organization, both verbal and written.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, or related field Seven (7) years of experience in learning and development area, and 3 years ini similar level from other relevant industries.
  • Prior major project management and/or start-up experience (experience in high volume training greatly preferred).
  • A team player who has keen sense of company mission and values.
  • Highly adaptable and personally organized.
  • Process and system oriented.
  • Good analytical thinking and business awareness.
