1. ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY – IT ASSET SPECIALIST
Lokasi Indonesia – Jakarta
Inti utama dari pengembangan platform Shopee adalah Tim Software Engineering. Tim yang terdiri dari para engineer dari seluruh dunia ini saling bekerjasama untuk membangun sistem terbaik dengan teknologi yang sesuai. Bukan sekedar menyelesaikan masalah yang ada, engineer kami juga berusaha membangun sistem yang tahan lama. Mereka tidak membatasi diri & akan berusaha menyelesaikan masalah sesulit apapun, walaupun itu berarti mereka harus menelusuri hingga dasar patform komputasi. Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Coordinate the asset management process, tools, data, governance, compliance
- Ensure all IT asset people in charges or administrators adhere to the asset deployment policy and procedure, which includes but not limited to:
- Update & track asset inventory records, receiving & shipping assets
- Complete the asset registration and warehousing for new and existing assets
- Perform a regular stock count/ review and reconciliation of inventory & assets
- Provide regular reports on assets & inventory
- Coordinate the asset transfer and onboarding/ offboarding assignment
- Ensure that IT assets are uniquely identified with naming conventions and device tag
- Produce regular inventory reports for laptops, desktops, and accessories and analyses for Corporate IT leadership and Business Unit heads
- Drive coordination with key stakeholders to perform asset forecast and projection, as well as asset-related policy and procedure
- Continually improve the IT asset & inventory management framework and procedure
- Identify & assess the risks related to assets & inventory and prepare action plans to manage the risks
- Review all the in-stock assets that are candidates for the disposal process
- Ensure that IT assets are managed in compliance with legal, industry, and corporate standards and requirements and assess the risk associated with IT assets
Persyaratan:
- Bachelor’s degree or related technical field/equivalent relevant practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Service Management or IT Asset Management
- Strong technical IT knowledge and general business knowledge (such as total cost of ownership, timeline, cost & expense) to locate business problems/potential solutions, and apply practical business decision-making
- Solid understanding of ITSM/ITIL, IT Asset Management, or other relevant frameworks/ standards.
- Proficient in spreadsheet software, including Excel and Google Sheets, as well as in-depth knowledge of all standard formulas, data validation, and pivot tables
- Strong experience in reviewing and optimizing the IT asset management processes and their supporting systems
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia to collaborate with stakeholders from across the region
- Willing to travel when required
2. ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY – IT SERVICE DELIVERY (SOLO)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to end-users and ensure the smooth running of computers, network devices and printers
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user application issues, maintain, and update technical support documentation
- Handle asset management, maintain inventory, and liaise with vendors
- Maintain and monitor office network infrastructure, IT security, and antivirus tools
- Other duties include performing first-level troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups, system monitoring and reports
Persyaratan:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS)
- Familiar with TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN technology including switching and routing fundamentals
- Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration is a plus
- Professional Qualification – Microsoft Certified/CCNA will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the basic setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as firewall, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points will be an advantage
- Competent at documenting standard operating procedures and knowledge articles
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Open to flexible working arrangements to support the technical issues or activities
- Have initiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and dynamic environment
- Passionate in IT technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
- Able to communicate in English to facilitate and collaborate with stakeholders from across the region
- Willing to be placed in Solo Shopee Office
3. TAX ASSOCIATE
Lokasi Indonesia – Jakarta
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Fiscal Administration from a reputable university
- Having experience in Big 4 / consulting firm minimum 4 years
- Excellent knowledge of local tax regulation
- Having the certification of Brevet A/B/C or USKP is advantageous
- Fully understand the concept of taxation (corporate income tax, personal income tax, VAT, VAT Self-Assessed and KUP).
- Having a basic understanding of accounting would be advantageous.
- Expert in operating tax applications (e-invoicing, eButPot, unification SPT, etc.).
- Familiar with calculating corporate income tax and filling out a corporate annual tax return and its attachments.
- Having a good work ethic, good analytical skills & proactive in a demanding situation
- An excellent team player, and respectful to others
Job description:
- Responsible to make sure we have withheld an accurate tax on every invoice.
- Responsible for calculating and reporting the company’s monthly and annual tax returns.
- Accurately reconcile input VAT, output VAT and PMSE VAT.
- Reconcile PPh 4(2), PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, and PPh 26 carefully and accurately.
- Supporting & giving advisory to other departments related to taxation.
- Update on the local tax regulation & international tax that are related.
- Prepare annual tax report & tax queries in collaboration with tax consultant/tax manager.
- Prepare data for Tax Audit & any other litigations.
- Maintain a good relationship with external parties to get the tax documents needed by the company.
4. JUNIOR TAX
Lokasi Indonesia – Jakarta
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Fiscal Administration from a reputable university
- Having experience in Big 4 / consulting firm / multinational company, minimum -3 years working experience
- Excellent knowledge of local tax regulation
- Understands the concept of WHT, VAT and KUP.
- Able to do the tax reporting and tax calculation.
- Familiar with checking invoices, and creating e-faktur and e-Bupot.
- Expert in managing data in Ms Excel with various functions and formulas.
- Having a good work ethic, good analytical skills & proactive in a demanding situation
- An excellent team player, and respectful to others
Job description:
- Ensure that the invoices, tax invoices and WHT receipt that we received are complete and correct according to tax regulations.
- You will then determine the correct rate of WHT we must deduct from each invoice received.
- Assist in paying and reporting the company taxes accurately and on time.
- Assist in recapping and reconciling taxes accurately.
- Work with other departments to seek more information regarding the transaction.
- Assist in sending the tax documents to those who need them.
