PT Traktor Nusantara beroperasi sejak tahun 1974 dan memulai bisnis dengan menjadi distributor dari Traktor dengan merek Massey Ferguson, dilanjutkan dengan menjadi distributor untuk PERKINS Engine (1976), TOYOTA Industrial Equipment (1980), HITACHI SUMITOMO Crane (1981), LINK BELT Crane(1981), JCB Construction Equipment (2000), SAKAI Road Construction Equipment (2000), PERKINS SABRE Marine Engine (2006) dan GARDNER DENVER Compressor ‘s (2008). Kini PT Traktor Nusantara selain menjalankan bisnis distribusi juga menjalankan bisnis penyewaan dan kontrak, layanan purna jual dan peralatan bekas untuk keperluan Industri, Pertanian, Tenaga Penggerak dan Energi serta Konstruksi Jalan. Selain menjual alat-alat baru, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen sektor industri, PT Traktor Nusantara juga menyediakan layanan: tukar tambah alat lama dengan alat baru untuk Forklif dan Generator Listrik, Penyewaaan Forklif dan Generator Listrik, Menjual alat bekas bergaransi untuk Forklif dan Generator Listrik serta Rekondisi alat konsumen.

1. Accounting Staff

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting or Tax.
  2. Minimum GPA 3,00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University.
  3. Maximum age of 30 years old.
  4. Have a Good Analytical Thinking, Interpersonal Skill, Posses Strong Drive, Able to Work in a Team, and Work Under Tight Schedules.
  5. Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven, Detail oriented.
  6. Computer literacy is a must.
  7. Have at least 3 years of experience.

2. IT Functional SAP Analyst

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Information System / Informatics Engineering and equivalent.
  2. Maximum age of 27 years old.
  3. Proficient in English both oral and written.
  4. Have the proficiency to analyze a case study.
  5. Have an experience in configuring SAP for cross module (SD, FICO, PM, WM, MM).
  6. Have the knowledge of ABAP Programming
  7. Able to do descriptive analysis of business process
  8. Able to join the company immediately

3. Business Consultant

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from all Engineering & Management Major
  2. Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  3. Fluent in English both oral and written
  4. High interest in Marketing and Sales
  5. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply

Qualifications :

  4. Familiar with Business Process, Job Analysis & Evaluation, Organization Design, Workforce Planning &
    Workload Analysis
  5. Ability to define and analyze development need to build new development program or modify and improve existing program
  6. Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, and work under tight schedules.
  7. High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
  8. Fluent in English both oral and written
  9. Computer literacy, digital mindset & tech savvy is a must

5. Executive Management Staff

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from Human Resource Management & Psychology
  2. Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University

  4. Having Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated
