Qualification

- Good market knowledge on key KOL’s from key categories like Fashion, Food &B everage, Beauty, Home & Living, Home Appliances & Digital;
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking and analytical skills;
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges;
- A strong ability to work under pressure;
2. Product Assortment Manager – Celeb and Top Creator (E-commerce)
Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in e-commerce platforms;
- Has excellent proficiency in English & Bahasa;
- Have a strong understanding of top brands & trending products;
- Good product and market knowledge on key categories like Fashion, Food&Beverage, Beauty, Home&Living, Home Appliances & Digital;
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking and analytical skills;
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges;
- A strong ability to work under pressure;
3. Creator Strategy (e-commerce)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years working experience in eCommerce,digital content,product strategy.
- Exceptional knowledge of TikTok and passionate about internet culture
- Ability to prioritize and solve problems independently
- Highly organized, proactive project manager: adept at balancing multiple fast-turnaround projects simultaneously. Hyper-collaborative, accustomed to working with and understanding the needs of various internal and external partners
- Candidates should be comfortable analyzing data and producing sophisticated strategy and analysis for a variety of audiences. They should be comfortable composing research memos and internal presentations to secure internal buy-in for strategic and programming decisions
4. Celebrity Partnership Manager (E-Commerce)
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of celebrity management experience, which scope includes but not only limited to Social Media, Talent Management, and MCN.
- Understand the celebrity and media landscape in Indonesia, exceptionally skilled at finding and cultivating mature as well as up and rising celebrities/ Influencer, with proven successful case(s).
- Outstanding communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset;
- Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming;
- Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work under pressure;
- E-commerce background is a plus
- Fluency in both written and spoken English & Bahasa
5. Top Creator Partnership Manager (E-commerce)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of KOL experience, which scope includes but not only limited to Social Media, Talent Management, and MCN.
