PT Honda Prospect Motor atau HPM merupakan ATPM (Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk) dari merek dagang Honda yang memiliki hak untuk mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan dengan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia. HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey. Saat ini, HPM memiliki sekitar 85 dealer yang tersebar di Nusantara. Lalu, pada tahun 2014, HPM mulai mengoperasikan pabrik keduanya sekaligus meluncurkan lini baru produknya yakni Honda Mobilio. 2. Vihicle Logistic Administrative Staff
Coordinate and monitor administrative activities internally within the company and externally to ensure the process of delivering
the vehicle to the dealer went well, also create and monitor new model certification test schedule to run as planned.

3. IT Staff
Manage the operations of IT systems to ensure the systems run effectively, involved in the installation, repair, and servicing of
computers and equipment, develop and integrate the IT systems to meet the needs of company businesses.

- Bachelor and Diploma of Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Informatics Management

4. Purchasing Order Delivery Staff
Control the delivery of parts based on the schedule for domestic production purposes also monitor the quality of parts and the
performance of local part suppliers.

5. Frame Production Staff
Ensure the production process runs on target, analyzes, and makes continuous improvements in the working system, oversee 5S and OHS implementation in the production line according to safety regulations, manage human resources in the frame production area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Metallurgy Engineering, Chemical Engineering
- Working under shifting hours
- Placement in Karawang, West Java
General Qualifications
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and target-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
- Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Independent and ready to work in manufacturing industry
- Must have valid TOEFL certification with a minimum score of 400
