RANS Entertainment merupakan channel Youtube atau rumah produksi milik Raffi Ahmad dan Nagita Slavina dan nama RANS diambil dari penggabungan inisial Raffi Ahmad (RA) dan Nagita Slavina (NS). Pemilihan penggunaan kanal Youtube RANS Entertainment bermula dari kesukaan Nagita Slavina menonton berbagai tayangan YouTube. Nagita Slavina selalu merasa lebih bebas mengekspresikan diri melalui YouTube dibandingkan televisi.
Konten pertama RANS Entertainment berisikan video pembahasan make up. Pada mulanya, tujuan Raffi Ahmad membuat laman Youtube RANS Entertainment adalah untuk mengabadikan momen bersama keluarga. Namun, seiring berjalannnya waktu, Raffi melihat peluang yang cukup baik pada Youtube dengan mendapatkan banyak pemasukan melalui AdSense Youtube. – dikutip dari wikipedia.
RANS ANIMATION IS HIRING:
1. 3D Layout Artist
Requirements
- Experience in Animation Industry min. 2 years
- Must have a basic skill as an animator
- Having reference shots from various movies is a plus
- Familiar with autodesk maya
2. Creative
Requirements
- Experience in Creative Industry min. 2 years
- Proficient with Google Docs, Spread Sheet, Canva and PowerPoint
- Able to express ideas into Narratives/Story-Telling/Scripts
- Able to discover ideas for drama/non-drama contents
- Outstanding public speaking skills
- Having reference story from various movies or animation is a plus
3. Producer
Requirements
- Experience in media industry min. 4 years
- Manage all Departments on a production, motivate and communicative well with everyone throughout the project and create a good working atmosphere
- Be on top of the whole project, prepare schedules and deadline, coordination with production manager for production budget
- Have an excellent understanding of all the process of making an animation is a plus, be able to develop a concept with creative team, find creative solutions.
