PT Honda Prospect Motor atau HPM merupakan ATPM (Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merk) dari merek dagang Honda yang memiliki hak untuk mengimpor, merakit dan memproduksi kendaraan dengan menggunakan merk Honda di Indonesia. HPM memiliki kantor pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Utara, sedangkan pabriknya terletak di Karawang, Jawa Barat. Produk-produknya yang ada di pasaran diantaranya Honda Jazz, Honda CR-V, Honda Civic, Honda Brio, Honda Accord, Honda City dan juga Honda Odyssey. Saat ini, HPM memiliki sekitar 85 dealer yang tersebar di Nusantara. Lalu, pada tahun 2014, HPM mulai mengoperasikan pabrik keduanya sekaligus meluncurkan lini baru produknya yakni Honda Mobilio. 1. Sales Business Planning Staff
Analyze dealer’s market and sales to determine targets for each dealer, analyze and improve problems that occur in each dealer area.

2. Building Maintenance Staff
Monitor new building construction activities and coordinate with contractors to ensure the quality of the construction process is run according to the target, check and make plans for maintenance, prevention, and routine inspections of buildings.

- Have work experience in the same field minimum 1 year

3. Service Operation Staff
Control the dealers’ after sales service operations by reviewing the dealer’s performance periodically, conduct training, analyze, and create strategies based on each dealers’ need to improve their performance according to the company’s strategy.

4. Quality Control Staff
Ensure the overall quality of the product on the production line, and conduct product analysis of problems that occur in the market for further corrective action to meet the quality standards.

5. Purchasing Quality Delivery Staff
Coordinate with suppliers for local parts development to ensure the specifications and quality are in line with Honda standards and ensure parts delivery runs as scheduled.

6. Factory Strategy Planning Staff
Prepare production plans based on market demand and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure production plans run according to targets as well as create and monitor budgets and investments in the production area for the short and long-term plans.

As a staff, your role is to be a system analyst to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, identify potential problems and find solutions, and improve self-competence.
Here are the general qualifications:
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
- Attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and target-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Have an interest in the automotive field (automobile)
- Discipline, firm and have a strong leadership
- Proficient in English (both oral & written)
- Must have valid TOEFL certification with a minimum score of 400
- Proficient in Ms. Office
