1. Finance System Analyst

Job Description

  1. Analyze both product and finance end to end business processes and how they can be optimized, improved, and translated into the financial system.
  2. Develop data models and reports based on the finance business process to ensure all the requirements are covered and financial data are completely captured.
  3. Ensure optimization of business processes through integration and automation of the system.
  4. RequirementsPossess bachelor degree from a reputable University in Information Technology, Information System, Finance, or Accounting.
  5. Experience in ERP (SAP, Oracle), finance related system implementation, or software engineering is preferable.
  6. Possess knowledge about the financial cycle and its surrounding operations.
  7. Understand common technology for custom and packaged financial applications.
  8. Strong analytical skill and result oriented.
  9. Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, communication skills.
  10. Passionate about system implementation and business analysis in Financial areas.

2. Tax Administrative Officer

Job Description :

  1. Responsible for the administration and completeness of data for tax payment and reporting
  2. Prepare & send Withholding Tax Slips to Vendors
  3. Collect and reconcile the Withholding Tax Slips from Customers
  4. Issued the Faktur Pajak through the eFaktur system and reconciled with Commercial Invoices from the A/R team
  5. Review the Vendor Invoices to ensure the VAT IN Slips validity & the Withholding Tax obligation has complied with the applicable tax regulations
  6. Helping the team with administration tasks.

Requirements :

  1. Accounting or Tax Background (Diploma or Bachelor)
  2. Excellence in Ms. Office
  3. At least 1 year of working experience
  4. Able to generate e Faktur, e Bupot & e SPT

3. Business Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Activation – BNSL (Buy Now Stay Later Projects)
  2. Making any change on existing BNSL hotels based on request (rate, surcharge, black-out dates, inclusion, room type, etc.)
  3. Following-up BNSL issues
  4. Assist RMP creation for hotel chain flash sale promo set-up
  5. Check hotel flash sale static rate and availability
  6. Assist RMP creation for BNSL hotel flash sale promo set-up
  7. Project operational tracking and monitoring
  8. Operational flow set-up alignment with Product Team
  9. Bridging between Legal team and other stakeholders for legal-related matter
  10. Communication to Finance assistance for the payment-related matter
  11. Manage to bridge smooth communication & interaction with cross-functional team
  12. Business Operations and Central of Excellence: Ensure requirements and context from Legal, Finance, and Tax operations are well prepared in Accommodation and vice versa
  13. Administer everything that is related All-star Accommodation & operational flow when the product is started or ended to certain hotels, including activate new hotels & deactivate hotels if agreed to terminate the programs, update & Revert back hotel’s commission by using a relevant tool, and also responding to queries on
  14. All-Star Accommodation & Prebuy related issue with Market Manager, Finance, Legal & Product Team
  15. Administer everything that is related to Advance Deposit Program, including monitoring existing active hotels from pre-COVID-19, monitoring & setting-up new ADP hotels disbursement, daily update on ADP outstanding, and administer everything related to contract handling for ADP projects
  16. Administer everything that is related to Contract Decentralization Projects & bridge interaction between
  17. Market Manager team & legal team, including list-down fully-utilized/ inactive ADP hotels for contract decentralization, clean-up data in ID contract decentralization, collect all agreement + addendum template and store it in centralized drive, report manual re-contracted properties that have been verified, and discussion with CFO Team & IZENO for centralized agreement storage & flow in Q1 2022
  18. Administer everything that is related to Prebuy Projects, including responsible for checking the documents & creating the prebuy room type in TERA, be the PIC to follow up with the MM in case of any issues, to check the accuracy of payment form against invoice & entity (contract), and bridging interaction between finance team to MM team, if there’s any discrepancy data on contracts related with Prebuy

4. Partner Engagement Representative (Eats)

Job Description:

  1. Acquire new merchants.
  2. Ensure good competitive price and allotment.
  3. Coordinate and support Partner Engagement Team in all systems and content related activities.
  4. Resolve issues from merchants related to payment, allotment, vouchers, notification, cancellations.
  5. Participate in market and competition research.
  6. Evaluate production and determine follow up action.
  7. Prepare reports as necessary.
  8. Co-ordinate merchandising activities for merchants with special deals and promotions.
  9. Be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of content and photos for new and existing merchants.
  10. Manage other ad-hoc administrative requests and operative tasks.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  2. Self-motivated to achieve KPIs set by the company and willingness to visit partners and work outside the office
    Minimum of 1 year experience in Ecommerce industry with sales or marketing role.
  3. Proven client facing experience.
  4. Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both external / internal stakeholders preferred.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
  6. Experience in restaurant industry with sales or marketing role (especially online channels) is preferred but not mandatory.
  7. Team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethic preferred.
  8. Adapts well to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

5. Market & Partnership Executive

Requirements:

  1. Fresh graduate is to apply welcome, min. bachelor degree in Engineering or Business Management.

6. Content & Operations Executive

Job Description

  1. Provide administrative support for expense report submission appointed (e.g. Operations Advance & Report,
  2. Purchasing order and Non Purchasing Order, Invoices, and agreements), ensure compliance when filling in the report and follow up with Department related (e.g Revenue and Finance Team, Tax, Legal, People Ops and OFM Team)
  3. Update operational report and tracker related within the team
  4. Maintain the stock of business kits for team appointed, ensure process compliance, keeping up with vendors for production/payment related and organized the storage
  5. Provide assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for Business Operations, Partner Engagement, and Revenue Team/ Team appointed
  6. Update and follow up for any request and issues from Business Operations, Partner Engagement, and Revenue Team / Team appointed
  7. Supporting in any tasks/projects related to Content Operations/Team appointed (both administrative and non administrative)
