PT. Pelita Air Service, biasanya disingkat menjadi Pelita Air atau PAS, adalah maskapai penerbangan nasional di Indonesia. PT PAS memiliki basis udara (air base) di Bandar Udara Internasional Halim Perdanakusuma dan memiliki Bandar Udara Pondok Cabe (Tangerang Selatan). Kantor pusatnya yang terletak di Jl. Abdul Muis, Jakarta Pusat, memiliki ratusan karyawan yang terdiri dari staf manajemen serta jajaran karyawan udara (air crew) yang terlatih dan dapat diandalkan.
Berdiri sejak tahun 1970 di Indonesia, dengan sejarah berdasarkan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi lapangan minyak dan gas alam, PT Pelita Air Service (PAS) berkomitmen untuk memberikan layanan pemenang penghargaan kelas satu yang luas termasuk.
1. First Officers A320
Qualification
- Hold Indonesian DGCA CPL / ATPL.
- Hold a minimum of 500 hours experience on A320 family
- Hold a valid class one Medical Certificate
- Current Instrument Rating and PPC Airbus Fly by Wire at the time of joining, preferably A320
- Proficientin English, equivalent to ICAO English level 4 or above
- Indonesian Nationality
- Verifiable and stamped logbook
- No incident / accident record
- No criminal record
- Have a Certificate of Employment / Reference Letter
- Flown A320 within the last 12 months would be an advantage
- University graduate with a Bachelor Degree would be an advantage

2. Captain A320
Qualification
- Hold indonesian DGCA ATPL
- Hold a minimum of 1000 hours Pilot-in-Command experience on A320 family
- Hold a minimum of 4000 hours total flying time in the airline transport category
- Hold a valid class one Medical Certificate
- Current Instrument Rating and PPC Airbus Fly by Wire at the time of joining, preferably A320
- Proficient in English, equivalent to ICAO English level 4 or above
- Indonesian Nationality
- Verifiable and stamped logbook
- No incident / accident record
- No criminal record
- Have a Certificate of Employment / Reference Letter.
- Flown A320 within the last 12 months would be an advantage
- University graduate with a Bachelor Degree would be an advantage
- Instructor experience would be an advantage

3. Flight Attendant A320
Qualification
- Hold a Flight Attendant Certificate (FAC) with Type Rating A320

- Hold a 2nd class Medical Certificate
- Proficientin English
- Indonesian Nationality
- No incident / accident record
- No criminal record
- Have a Certificate of Employment / Reference Letter
- University graduate with a Bachelor Degree would be an advantage
- Instructor experience would be an advantage
