Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Petroleum Technology, Mineral Technology, Industrial and Mechanical Engineering) or a relevant technical discipline
- Minimum 20 years working experience in Oil and Gas / Energy industry, including 10 years in Managerial Position
- Maximum age 55 years old
- Familiar with Kerja Sama Operasi (KSO) regulation and experienced working in Joint Operation
- Have work experience and good relationship with SKK MIGAS institusi
- Demonstrate true leadership skill, lead the team and be able to work independently
- Have work experience in oil and gas exploration and exploitation activities and familiar with SKK Migas PTK
- Demonstrate expertise in oil and gas sales arrangement and related agreement
- Excellent computer literacy
Operations & Exploitation Manager
Requirements
- Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
- Minimum 20 years working experience in Upstream Oil and Gas / Energy industry, including 5 years Managerial Position in TAC / KSO
- Maximum age 52 years old
Human Resources Development Staff
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- Very familiar with related Labor Laws and Regulations and its applications
- 3 years experience in Oil and Gas industry
- Quick response and multi-task
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
