2. Brand Manager
Job Descriptions
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify overseas beauty and personal care brands that are deemed to be suitable for Indonesian market
- Work closely with the overseas brand principal/ owner in promoting the Company’s unique selling proposition as potential partner in Indonesia
- Responsible to achieve the agreed sales target by working with various internal divisions and external parties to promote the brand’s long term presence in Indonesia
- Responsible for developing the brand and the ideal public image for each of the brand under your coverage for both Online and Offline marketing. You will work closely with Sociolla’s in house marketing and design team to achieve the brand’s marketing objectives.
Requirements
- Having working experience as a brand manager/ brand marketing executive with minimum of 3 years
- Experience in Beauty retail industry is a plus but not a must
- Proven experience in developing brand and creating marketing strategy
- Effective communicator to build relationship and work closely with the overseas brand principal/ owner
- Strong analytical skills and result-driven thinking
- Good English is an absolute must for this role
- Positive attitude and energetic is also a must.
3. Data Analyst
Job Descriptions:
- Combining business analytics, data mining, and data visualization, to help organizations to make more data-driven decisions.
Interprets data, pattern & trends and turns it into information to offer ways to improve a business - Provide Routine & Ad-hoc Report with insight
- Manage or oversee Data Controller
- Translate the routine data inquiry that can support operation, into efficient menu in Internal Reporting System
Requirements:
- Knowledge of enterprise reporting and analysis tools, SQL, ETL, Python and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Access.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science, mathematics, statistic
- Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.
- Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations.
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.

8. Full Stack Developer
Job Descriptions:
- Design robust solutions to hard problems that also take into account scale, security, reliability, and cost
- Contribute new software or modify existing software to meet projects and program goals
- Deliver needed project functionality for specific deliverables but deliver in such a way that the value is useful to the organization in the long term

- Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
- Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
- Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables

14. Internal Audit Staff
Job Descriptions:
- Perform and control the full audit cycle including compliance with all applicable directive and regulations, Cash & Bank,
- Accounts Receivable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Sales, fraud management, etc
- Document Process and report audit findings
- Oversee the entire business process to identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings for the business
- Counting all physical inventory, generating department audit reports, reconciling computer data with the physical counts taken and reporting on errors found
