Selain itu, Sampoerna juga bekerja sama dengan 38 Mitra Produksi Sigaret (MPS) yang pabriknya tersebar di pulau Jawa dan secara bersama-sama mempekerjakan sekitar 39.200 orang dalam memproduksi produk-produk Sigaret Kretek Tangan (SKT) Sampoerna. Perusahaan menjual dan mendistribusikan rokok melalui 106 kantor penjualan dan distribusi di seluruh Indonesia.

Available Opportunities
1. Operations
As an Operations Graduate Trainee, you will be responsible for strategically planning, developing, manufacturing, and maintaining the best-in-class supply chain of the company’s high-quality products, as well as maintaining the good environment and safety of all the company’s working areas.
Requirements :
- Bachelor or Masters Degree holder
- Have educational background in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.)
- Graduated/graduating in 2019, 2020, or 2021
2. Marketing
As a Marketing Graduate Trainee, your duties will include building the company’s leading brands, putting the consumers’ interest at the core of any actions, and execute top notch consumer engagement.
Requirements :
- Bachelor or Masters Degree holder
- All majors
- Graduated/graduating in 2019, 2020, or 2021
3. Commercial
As a Commercial Graduate Trainee, you will act as outstretched hand of the company to sell & distribute the products in Indonesia, while maintaining a strong and warm relationship with consumers.
