About the Job
As a Manager in IT Service Banking for API Management, Core & Legacy Service, Retail & Payment Services, Wholesale ServicesThe ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team,
- End to end application development strategy including development planning, development process, and
- Ensure application quality according to BNI standards & communicate actively to achieve the project time plan
Qualifications
- Minimum S1 / S2 from Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Electrical-Computer Programming and other majors related to computer programming)
- Work experience minimum 5 years as a senior developer / senior solution architect
- Have experience in team management minimum 5 members
- Have good communication, can manage conflict management
- Have experience in project management and SDLC (Waterfall and Agile)
- Have competence for vendor assessment and vendor management
- Have experience in implementing microservice technology, API, event streaming processing, and cloud computing
