Import Operation Lead – Tangerang
Main Accountabilities
- Manage operational excellence in import operation to improve both service level and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with customs regulation
- Manage strategic and innovation projects by alignment with stakeholders
- Manage, control and check of all Import documents liase with custom agents and freight forwarders
- Ensure that the entire process of imported products in in accordance with specifications, timelines and in lines with applicable government and company regulations/procedures
- Ensure all related documents are complete to facilitate the delivery process of goods according to the scheduled target time
- Identify opportunity of cost savings by monitoring business waste in end to end importation process
Relevant Experiences
- 5 years experience in exim operation with managing team
- Have Sertifikat Kepabeanan
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Details, problem solving and analytical skills
- SAP knowledge will be an advantage
- Having good network with government (custom) or agencies will be an advantage
Key Interfaces
- Custom agent, freight forwarder and supplier (3PM or sister company)
