1. MT – Supply Chain Management
Responsible for forecasting, scheduling, manufacturing, and distribution of products. SCM is also responsible for sourcing and suppliers collaboration, big data management, customer solution, both upstream (supplier and manufacturing) and downstream (market) quality.

Creating market and make sure the availability of product to be more accessible for consumers based on effective marketing and sustainable sales.

3. MT – Research and Development
Developing product’s formula, testing, and managing its legality aspect.

6. MT – Market Development
Conducting promotion activities, event organizing, managing promotion teams, and collaborating in recruitment activities.

7. MT – Information Technology
Analyzing user requirements, write and test code, create documentations, and collaborate with other engineers & business partner, collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors for ERP implementation project. Manage & prepare project management plan, project status reports, project deliverables, and project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor (S1) in Information Technology or Information Systems, Engineering, Science
- For non IT education must have programming background (Python)
- Software Engineer for either one of :
- Mobile Application Developer : Android Native Java or Flutter
- Backend Developer : Familiar with PHP / Python based framework, RBAC, API Development & Management, and RDBMS Databases ( SQL ).
- Frontend Developer : Familliar with HTML,CSS, JS, JS Libraries (e.g. jQuery) or CSS & JS Frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) Version Control ( Git ). Experience in JS Framework such as React JS / Vue JS & PWA would be an advantage.
- Experience working on real projects related to the skill would be an advantage
- Having 1.5 – 2 years experience
- Having knowledge in PMO concept or had working experience in PMO environment
8. MT – Ecommerce
- Achieve KPI of Brand Web Site: Sales Ambition and Conversion Rate
- Collaboration with Digital Team, Brand Team and CMM Team to ensure brand website performance: achieve monthly revenue target, execute promotion plan and loyalty program, to make sure stock availability & ensure forecasting
- Operational: to make sure right content from brand campaign plan (banner, product page, promo communication)
- Develop offline to online business model and activate grocery store offline to online
- Actively giving market insight to Brand, CMM and Digital Team and initiate business opportunity
- Sales, market, and campaign review
- Collaboration with offline grocery key account team to accelerate account online business
Qualifications:
- Graduate with minimum GPA 3.5 from Top University
- Strong in numerical & analytical skill
- Passionate in Key Account Management / Sales
- Ability to build solid relationships and collaboration both internally and with external partners (Good communication skill, team work etc)
- Has a distinguished Microsoft Excel Skill (Pivot, VLOOKUP, if error, count if etc)
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, G-Slide, G-Drive etc
- Technology savvy & familiar with online commerce
- Proactive and problem-solving oriented
- Someone who likes to update about cosmetics industry.
9. MT – Distribution
Ensuring the operational system in line with the standard, such as manufacturing and revamping the distribution system, establishing good relationships with stores, and ensuring the supply chain.

10. MT – Customer Operation
- Calculates Consumer Pull/ Baseline (separates consumer pull from commercial push effects)
- Capture all Commercial Push plans (Event Planning & Market Intelligence)
- Consolidate demand without constraints
- Make translation of demand into operational plans
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) from all majors
- Expert in statistics
- Has good analytics skills
- Can operate Ms. Office and Excel with several intermediate features such as drop down lists, pivots, multiple axis graph
- Have basic leadership and influencing skills
- Preferably who has the ability to simply make ML/ AI
11. MT – Corporate Planning and Management System
- Controlling end to end corporate strategic plan and operational excellence execution in all directorate
- Controlling and make sure PDCA cycle in all directorate are running well

3. Logistic
Execute operational activities starting from packing, counting, and recording to reaching the appropriate goods stock in and out.

4. Junior Product Designer
- Assist creative team in execution and implementation of design adaptations.
- Liaise with team members on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met for reviews.
- Develop concept, graphic and layout of products into the final Finished Artwork (FA).

Operating and ensure efficacy testing tools such as Courage and Visia run according to standards also managing test results to achieve product benefits and safety.

7. Creative Product Designer Officer
- Set design requirements based on information from Creative Product Design Manager.
- Identify new product improvement opportunities.
- Analyze how a new designed product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences.
- Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions.
- Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet changing customer preferences.
- Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and related stakeholders.
