1. Accounting Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Recording invoice journal and billing are made and accurate
  • Recording all SOA from 3rd Party Shipmanagement well recorded
  • Recording excellent customer service
  • Preparing journal invoice & voucher (GBLT) & vessel
  • Preparing journal SOA from 3rd party shipmanagement
  • Filling Statement of Account (SOA) 3rd party, Charter hire invoice.
  • Initiating and responding to auditors, supplier, agency, broker, charterer, 3rd party shipmanagement, and related department
  • Outstanding invoice, Statement of Accounts (SOA)
  • Performance of 3rd party shipmanagement
  • Journal of vessel cost from GBLT & Gemilang
  • Statement of Accounts (SOA) from 3rd party shipmanagement
  • Ensuring billing are reported to related parties (Third Party of TPM)
  • Preparing journal compile invoices (Petty Cash, Crew Medical & Crew Training)
  • Preparing journal invoice (TPM) & vessel
  • Preparing journal voucher (TPM) & vessel
  • Preparing billing/SOA to third parties every 15th of the following month
  • Filling monthly fixed asset & advance settlement
  • Corresponding with supplier, agency, and related department
  • Journal of vessel cost from TPM & Gemilang
  • Journal of general expenditures for TPM
  • Statement of Accounts (SOA) to third parties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree of Accounting.
  • Minimal 0-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Technical knowledge(s): accounting, taxation, shipping and computer literate.
  • Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, and good interpersonal relationship.
  • Able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, orientation to detail, work efficiently, concern for order, business process understanding.

2. Finance Banking Administration Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring bank transfer application administration is well-done and payment transfer is delivered on time
  • Ensuring accuracy of bank reconciliation and its settlement are according to schedule
  • Ensuring data for beneficiary banking details (clients data) is accurate, useable, and well maintained
  • Planning daily activities
  • Monitoring addition or reduction database of beneficiary
  • Processing all incoming voucher from other department by using B-one system
  • Preparing payment voucher for arrangement fee to agents
  • Bank reconciliation every 10 working days
  • Preparing bank transfer application for both manual and internet is accurate according to details in voucher and receiving in bank – schedule payment
  • Requesting and collecting the cheque and giro book
  • Opening and closing bank account for BULL and subsidiaries for local bank
  • Arranging to withdraw or deposit bank draft to banks
  • Preparing Inter-Company Account (ICA), Inter-Subsidiary Account (ISA) and Inter-Account Transfer (IAT) vouchers for cash management to move smoothly
  • Completing payment vouchers with related supporting documents
  • Ensure voucher-in to other departments is well-received
  • Preparing voucher for bank cost/interest and things that included in reconciliation item (< Eq. US$1.00)
  • Preparing payment transfer to banks by manual application or internet banking
  • Filing all opening bank account documents including updated documents

Requirements:

  • At least bachelor degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Required Skill(s): Administration Skill, Filling system, Computer literate

3. Operation Staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from maritime studies, preferably Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture.
  • Has experience in related field, minimum 2 year or freshgraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Fluently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Technical knowledge needed: general liquid cargo, vessel knowledge & international convention, pre & post-fixture, B/L & marine insurance, cargo calculation, boomzaken, export-import.
  • High achievement orientation, customer service & detail orientation, continuous improvement, good interpersonal relationship.
  • Strong analytical skill, sustainable in pressure, proactive and target oriented.
  • Computer literate.
4. Marketing Staff/Officer

Requreiments

  • Bachelor degree in any field
  • Minimal 0-4 years of working in shipping/chartering/sea experience are preferred, freshgraduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluent in English both oral and written, chinese language will be an advantage

5. Legal Jr. Mgr

Job Description

  • At least Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree/Post Graduate degree in Law or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Shipping, Maritime, Capital Market, Corporate and Litigation, Insurance, OHSAS18001, ISO14001.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager specialized in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
  • Having good analysis issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, information seeking, orientation to detail, coordination, business process understanding, interpersonal persuasiveness ability, developing others and team leadership
  • English proficiency both oral and written.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring proper and correct review and finalization of agreements (including proper execution) in accordance with the company’s interest and policies
  • Ensuring prerequisites to any corporate actions to be performed by the company are fulfilled, including to ensure requirements and proper procedures of the general meeting of shareholders are met
  • Monitoring and planning licenses renewals/applications, including coordinating with licenses provider/related governmental institutions
  • Ensuring proper form and execution of approvals required to any corporate actions to be performed by the company
  • Ensuring correct and up-to-date advice/opinions provided to the company
  • Ensuring the company’s proper position on claims, counterclaims, disputes, etc. as well as representing the company in any disputes, if required
  • Ensuring effective and efficient coordination with and proper services are provided by third-party counsels (law firms, notaries, etc.)
  • Ensuring proper management of documents
  • Managing work distribution between officers/sr. officer
  • Carrying out coaching to improve staff performance
  • Setting a challenging working target for staff and review it periodically

6. Technical Superintendent

Job Description

  • Monitoring assigned vessel’s technical operation and maintenance.
  • Monitoring performance through monthly return reports/vessel inspections and maintain optimum maintenance levels.
  • Monitoring and establishing reasons for excessive/unusual wear and tear and developing means to control/rectify same, through consultation with Technical Manager.
  • Monitoring technical performance of vessels and monitoring consumption of spares/lub oils and bunkers to ensure these are not caused by poor condition of vessel.
  • Monitoring survey cycles, statutory survey requirements and carrying out important surveys physically onboard.
  • Planning regular and special surveys/repairs/dry docking in advance with max time and cost benefits for each vessel.
  • Liasing with Marine Superintendent, Master or Chief Engineer on the vessel’s maintenance programme and on operational matters.
  • Inspecting vessel’s under his charge at least twice a year, using a vessel inspection checklist as guidance.
  • Providing detailed operating budgets for maintenance dry-docking and special survey Initiating follow-up action where possible, to contain costs, within budgeted parameters.
  • Maintaining current data on costs obtained from various sources, in-cooperation with Procurement department.
  • Controlling volume and preparing specifications for repairs given to outside workshops/repaires and organizing supplies of repair equipment.
  • Providing feedback on purchases and encourage ship staff to tackle same onboard.
  • Drawing timely attention of principals to areas where costs might be expected and which are additional to the budget.
  • Advising the ships under control on budget as well as the actual cost for the technical items.
  • Reducing costs by motivating the ship’s staff, improving cost awareness by regularly advising them on cost of stores and spares ordered.
  • Maintaining validity of class, international, national, and specific certificates.
  • Keeping up to date on requirements/changes in statutory/class rules/development and other regulations.
  • Attending to matters for registration reflagging, selling, and buying as per flag requirements.
  • Ship staff to be continuously updated/instructed/advised/follow up on implementation of same in co-ordination with Technical Manager and Marine department.
  • Reviewing effectiveness of company’s SMS system and discussing with Master on its implementation during inspection.
  • Preparing monthly report on vessel’s budgeted and actual expenditure and submit/report to Technical Manager on time.
  • Checking all bills for repairs/luboils/spares/stores and keeping verification of same through shipboard record of supplies/consumption.
  • Ensuring that all forms are filled in correctly and filed onboard/sent to the office.

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor′s Degree, Master′s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent, PREFERABLY HAVE ATT I DEGREE.
  • Fluency in English is REQUIRED for this position.
  • At least 6 year(s) of working experience, with minimum 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE AS CHIEF ENGINEER on board tanker.
  • Required Skill(s): Ship Management, International Covention Regulation, ISM Code, ISPS Code, Tankers Vessel.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Ship Management.
  • Good analytical and logical thinking, detail oriented, well organized, and proactive for continuous improvement.
  • Computer literate.
7. Ship Management Representative Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all documents & records related to ISM, ISPS Code and MLC 2006 procedures are well-filed
  • Ensuring all activities in SMR are well organized
  • Ensuring SMR & Assistant SMR’s business trip are well-managed
  • Monitoring & updating the document & record for ISM, ISPS Code and MLC 2006
  • Assisting Assistant SMR & SMR to monitor the implementation of ISM, ISPS and MLC 2006 Internal and External Audit procedures at vessels & office
  • Monitoring & updating the document & record of SMS Manual
  • Assisting Assistant SMR to control the distribution of updated SMS Manual
  • Assisting Assistant SMR & SMR to plan ISM, ISPS Code and MLC 2006 Internal & External Audit schedule
  • Preparing the necessary documents related to ISM, ISPS Code, MLC 2006 for SMS Manual
  • Arranging flight ticket, visa and hotel bookings for business trip concerning SMR and Assistant SMR, superintendent & company guests for audit purposes.
  • Arranging cash advance for activities in SMR and following up the voucher process
  • Following up voucher and payment processing to accounting and finance department for payment
  • Meeting arrangement, maintain attendance records and MOM
  • Filing the monthly report regarding to ISM & ISPS Code & printing its necessary document
  • Maintaining filing of record of ISM, ISPS Code, MLC 2006 and SMS Manual
  • Filing the documents after internal & external audit process & properly documented & printing its necessary document
  • Filing SMS Manual updated & printing its necessary document to be distributed to all ships
  • Asissting Assintant SMR & SMR to maintain and check whether the SMS Manual needs any revision or update from IMO, Flagstate, Class, Internal updates, and others

Requirements:

  • Diploma degree of Maritime Academy.
  • Minimal 0-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Technical knowledge(s): International Convention Regulation knowledge, Ship management knowledge, Filing system, Computer literate.
  • Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, and good interpersonal relationship.
  • Able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, concern for order, orientation to detail, work efficiently, coordination.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral & written.
8. Electrical Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the electrical system and equipment are well prepared.
  • Ensuring the use of electrical system standard and special electrical tools and equipment, such as voltmeter, ammeters, and power-factor meters.
  • Monitoring of electrical system and equipment on board the fleet.
  • Monitoring of electrical and some mechanical work in repairing and replacing parts.
  • Maintain, install and repair electrical devices, fixtures, appliances and equipment on board the ship.
  • Assist to remove, install and modification/repair of various electrical systems.
  • Provide guidance to electrician on board in simple troubleshooting process of electrical problem on board.
  • Assist Retrofit/Modification Project in electrical system by doing the job as per requested.
  • Provide troubleshooting and repair in simple electrical equipment/circuits problem by using appropriate test equipment.
  • Maintain necessary records and documentation; prepares maintenance/repair reports as assigned.
  • Collect and maintain all electrical repair report done by in house electrician and sub contractor.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimal 0-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, fresh graduates are welcome.
