1. PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities :

  • Is responsible on analyzing user requirements, exploring and advising best options, write, review, test code. create and manage documentations, collaborate with other engineers and guide junior engineers.

Qualifications :

  • S1, having minimum 8 years experience with min 5+ years experience leading a highly technical team in a data-driven environment
  • Experience with cloud data pipelines and cloud solutions architecture (AWS or other cloud providers,Redshift, Snowflake, API development)
  • Experience working with visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, etc.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for forecasting, scheduling, manufacturing, and distribution of products. SCM is also responsible for sourcing and suppliers collaboration, big data management, customer solution, both upstream (supplier and manufacturing) and downstream (market) quality.

3. PLDP SAFETY HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT

Main Responsibilities :

  • Review and analyze Covid-19 prevention programs in all areas
  • Updating the applicable SHE legal compliance based on both regional and international regulations, following the gap analysis
  • Ensure that the SHE documents in all areas have been completed in accordance with regional and national regulations
  • Ensure that all areas have carried out a SHE risk assessment in their working environment and preventive interventions
  • Ensure that all 5R (hygiene factors) policies and procedures are implemented in various areas and their improvement programs
  • Creating, analyzing, evaluating, and coordinating the SHE audit program in each area

6. PLDP INFORMATION AND TECHNOLOGY

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for one or more of the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible on analyzing user requirements, write and test code, create documentations, and collaborate with other engineers & business partner.
  • Manage Network, Server, Remote and/or On-premise Cloud System.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors for ERP implementation project.
