1. Supply Chain Management

Job Description:
Provides support for Supply Chain Managment Department activities, including:

1. Procurement process compliance
2. Monitor compliance to the procurement process
3. Prepare and monitoring Centralized Integrated Vendor Database (CIVD) announcement and registration process
   Assist Pre-qualification process
4. Preparing correspondence with tenderer i.e.: invitation letter, bid bulletin, negotiation letter, nomination letter etc.
5. Ad-hoc project assignment

Qualifications:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Management.
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
4. Computer literate, familiar with excel spreadsheet and other database tools.

2. Petroleum Engineering

Job Description:

1. Well & field production data QC.
2. Prepare regular production reports.
3. Perform well & field performance evaluation.
4. Planning, monitor and tracking the regular production test and fluid sampling program.
5. Support Petroleum Engineer and Sr. Reservoir Engineer in any meetings (internal and external meetings).
6. Provide assistance to Petroleum Engineer and Sr. Reservoir Engineer in term of providing data and perform technical evaluation.
7. Support RPMS (Reservoir Performance Management System) implementation.

Qualifications:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering major.
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
4. Basic skill in OFM, Petrel RE, Kappa Saphir, and Petex software. Prefers Fresh Graduate Intern who has experience using the software in college
5. Good understanding in Production and Reservoir Engineering.
6. Good in Microsoft Office software.

3. Operations

Job Description:

1. Provide assistance & support which include but not limited to:
2. Maintenance Planning.
3. Operations Production Performance
4. Maintain Operations & Maintenance Procedure.
5. Asset Integrity Management.
6. Production Reporting.
7. Planning & Budgeting.
8. Provide support for Operations and Maintenance day to day activities.

Qualifications:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering.
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Office.

4. Human Capital

Job Description include:

1. Coordinate internship program including Practical Work, Thesis Writing, Fresh Graduate by assisting with recruitment, selection, onboarding, program and end of program.
2. Support HC (Human Capital) program, learning and development program, recruitment, and HC operations.
3. Facilitate employee in remuneration process such as: BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Pension Fund, Medical Benefit, Statutory Benefit.

Qualifications:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Psychology or other relevant major.
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00

4. Familiar with Microsoft Office.

5. Finance & Accounting (Reporting)

Routines:

1. Department report analysis.
2. Support month end closing.
3. Support budget process.

Projects:

1. Enhancing Department report by Macro & VB or Tableau sofwares.
2. Join Operation Agreement Matrix Mapping.
3. Detail procedures Budget: Business Plan, Operating Committee Meeting, and Work Plan & Budget.

Qualifications:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Financial major.
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
4. Able to operate Excel and Words.
5. Easy to adapt, multi tasking, team player, analytical skill and detail-oriented.

6. Finance & Accounting (AP & Taxation)

Job Description Include:

1. Support AP (Account Payable) in invoice processing.
2. Support taxation processes – reporting and VAT reimbursement.
3. Support other accounting process.

Qualifications:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Taxation or Finance Management.
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
4. Understanding of Indonesia tax regulation and tax administration
5. Able to operate Ms-Excel and Ms-Words.
6. Multi tasking, team player, analytical skill and detail-oriented.

7. External Relations & Communication

Job Description:

1. Provide content of publications internally and externally.
2. Concept, create and produce the promoting items including design and its communications tools (poster, flyer, banner, brochure, signage, etc).
3. Support day to day Corporate Social Responsbility operations.

Qualifications:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Visual Communication Design major.
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.

4. Eager to learn.

8. Commercial

Job Description include:
Provides support for Commercial activities, including:

1. Daily update for Onshore Receiving Facility Report, Daily Gas Quantity Composition Buyers, Gas Balance Reconciliation.
2. Review the Commercial figures (ie Lifting, Senipah Fuel & Flare, Gas Price, Gas Balance) in the Monthly Production/Lifting Reports to SKK Migas (Quantity Accounting System Report).
3. Update the Berita Acara Penyerahan (BAP) for PKT-5 and PLN Bontang and monitor the routing of PLN Bontang BAP.
4. Commercial administration.

Qualifications:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Engineering Computer Science, or Petroleum Engineering.
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
3. Fresh graduate, 0 up to less than 1 year of experience.
4. Excellent in Microsoft Office (excel, word and power point), understand workflow, good communications, teamwork, details and accurate in data.

9. Business Services (Jakarta)

Job Description include:

1. Mapping business process management for Business Support & IT (Information Technology).
2. Improvement and consolidated plan for Business Support & IT (Information Technology).

Qualifications:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economy Management
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00

10. Business Services (Balikpapan)

Job Description include:

1. Assist Balikpapan Representative Officer (BROF) to handle office administration.
2. Assist BROF to provide supports to all functions that need local supports, focusing on Business Services, Operations, Project, HSSE,
3. Commercial, SCM, and ERC. This includes dealing with external stakeholders.
4. Assist BROF to implement HSSE management.
5. Assist BROF to improve business process as required.

Qualifications:

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Administration, Communications, or other relevant major.
2. Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00.
