Saat ini Grab menyediakan layanan di Singapura, Indonesia, Filipina, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, dan Kamboja. 1. Sales Support 
  • 3 months, Jakarta

We are looking for an organised, efficient Sales Support Internship to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales cativities in gaining and keeping customers. You will be a part of an energetic, cohesive and fun team with a strong performance culture and people-orientation within a respectful work environment

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and mapping new business opportunities
  2. Support account manager by onboarding and training new partners
  3. Resolve customer complaints by determining the root cause, providing appropriate solutions/alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree of Marketing or equivalent.
  2. Fresh graduate are welcome
  3. Fluent in English
  4. Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  5. The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.
2. Social Media Engagement
  • 3 months, Jakarta

You will be a part of an energetic, cohesive and fun team with a strong performance culture and people-orientation within a respectful work environment

Enhance division’s social media presences, including interacting with customers, promoting brand-focused interactive and engaging content, and expanding opportunities for revenue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with community members through multiple social media platforms
  2. PIC for questions about GrabExpress products, services, and events
  3. Publish and share daily social media content and encourage community members to take actions
  4. Keep records of community members interactions & compile reports on customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree of Journalism, Marketing or equivalent. Fresh graduate are welcome
  2. Experiences in dealing with customer through online platform
  3. Fluent in English
  4. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
