A. Paragon Leader Development Program (PLDP)

1. PLDP – Software Engineer Solution Delivery

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of Bachelor (S1) or maximum have 2 years experience in Information and Technology.
2. Software Engineer for either one of :
3. Mobile Application Developer : Android Native Java or Flutter
4. Backend Developer : Familiar with PHP / Python based framework, RBAC, API Development & Management, and RDBMS Databases ( SQL ).
5. Frontend Developer : Familliar with HTML,CSS, JS, JS Libraries (e.g. jQuery) or CSS & JS Frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) Version Control ( Git ). Experience in JS Framework such as React JS / Vue JS & PWA would be an advantage.
6. Experience working on real projects related to the skill would be an advantage

2. PLDP – Sales Operation

Main Responsibilities:
Create market and make sure the availability of product to be more accessible for consumers based on effective marketing and sustainable sales

3. PLDP – Human Resources Distribution Center

Main Responsibilities:
Building Paragon Industrial Peace through office management, increasing employee’s happiness and engagement, building harmonious industrial relations and maintaining corporate culture to support business sustainability. Ensuring the sustainable growth of the organization through improving the quality of human capital and competency mastery of each individual, the quality of interaction between individuals both vertically and horizontallly, and an effective and efficient management system that enables an optimization of potential. The scope starts from recruitment, learning and development, performance management, and HRD infrastructure development.

5. PLDP – Distribution

Main Responsibilities:
Ensuring the operational system in line with the standard, such as manufacturing and revamping the distribution system, establishing good relationships with stores, and ensuring the supply chain

2. Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience are welcome to apply

6. PLDP – Creative Designer

Main Responsibilities:
Providing creative ideas and outputs into visual graphics or motion images to support company promotion needs.

Qualifications:

1. Having capabilities in Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign (Capable in Adobe After Effects, 3D modelling & UI/UX will be a benefit)
2. Having a passion in design

7. PLDP – Branch Accountant

Main Responsibilities:
Controlling the utilization of company’s financial resources in accordance with existing business process and also supporting company dynamics while maintaining prudence and compliance in distribution center

1. Minimum Diploma (D3) majoring in Accounting, Economic, Management

8. PLDP – Associate IT Analyst Service Management

Main Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and vendors for ERP implementation project.

Qualifications:

1. For non IT education must have programming background (Python).

9. PLDP – Associate IT Analyst Cloud & Infrastructure

Main Responsibilities:
Manage Network, Server, Remote and/or On-premise Cloud System

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of Bachelor (S1) or maximum have 2 years experience in Information and Technology.

B. Management Trainee (MT)

1. MT – Sales Operation (Kalimantan & Sumatera Area)

Main Responsibilities:

2. Has Domicile in Kalimantan (Banjar, Palangkaraya) and Sumatera (Jambi, Bengkulu)

2. MT – Research & Development

Main Responsibilities:
Developing product’s formula, testing, and managing its legality aspect

Qualifications:

3. MT – Product Innovation and Development

4. MT – Key Account E-Commerce

Main Responsibilities:

1. Build, manage and develop long term E-Commerce relationships in order to achieve company objectives by increasing the brand’s online presence
2. Lead and negotiate annual agreements with E-Commerce partners
3. Develop plan, objective and strategy to achieve for each E-Commerce partner
4. Define and implement Go To Market Strategy with cross functional team (marketing, supply chain, IT, operation, etc)
5. Identify new E-Commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
6. Prepare and present products proposals to future and current E-Commerce partners
7. Handle specific sales events to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
8. Analyze and interpret E-Commerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weakness and business opportunities

Qualifications:

Main Responsibilities:
To manage & prepare project management plan, project status reports, project deliverables, and project documentation

Qualifications:

1. Having knowledge in PMO concept or had working experience in PMO environment
2. Having 1.5 – 2 years experience
3. Minimum of Bachelor (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Science

6. MT – ERP IT Analyst

C. Reguler

1. Production Group Leader

Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for controlling production process execution starting to managing production administration until coaching the Line Leader and Production Operator

Qualifications:

1. SMK with minimum of 3 years experience
2. D3 with minimum of 1 year experience
3. Minimum Mathematic’s score is 70
4. Maximum age is 35 years old
5. Able to using computer
6. Having an experience in managing team of at least 20 team members
7. Having a knowledge and experience in safety, quality, and support system activities of Lean Manufacturing (5R, Suggestion system, QCC) in shopfloor
