Requirements:

  1. Strong communication skills

  4. Minimum 1 year experience as QA within CS Area

2. Operations – Customer Operations Trainer (Yogyakarta)

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor degree from reputable university
  2. At least 1 year of training experience in Customer Service setting
  3. Driven and motivated
  4. Candidate with experience as teacher is preferred
  5. Excellent communication capability
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  7. Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn

3. Product Management – Product Specialist – ShopeePay (Jakarta)

Requirements:

  1. 1-2 years of experience of product management or product owner.
  2. Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  3. Have strong willingness to learn.
  4. Fast learner and good communicator.
  5. Self-starter with strong sense of curiosity.
  6. Can-do attitude and strong sense of integrity and responsibility

4. Operations – Customer Operations Real Time Floor Monitoring (Jakarta)

Requirements:

  1. Min. Diploma degree
  2. Strong in data analytics and has good Ms. Excel skills
  3. Good team player, has positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  4. Driven and motivated
  5. Previous relevant experience is a plus

5. Marketing – KOL Management (Jakarta)

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree in any major
  2. Having previous experience in managing KOL is preferred
  3. Proven experience in handling broad range of talents (celebrities, artists, etc)
  4. Familiar with digital campaign 
  5. Have broad network
  6. Good English in oral and written (preferred)
  7. Good negotiation skills
  8. Excellent multitasking skills 

6. People, Legal and Finance – IT Helpdesk (Jakarta)

Requirements:

  1. Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara
  2. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
  3. In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Windows and macOS)
  4. Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration
  5. Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing and LAN Technology including switching and routing fundamentals
  6. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  7. Competent at documenting standard/applications operating procedures
  8. Good interpersonal and communications skills to interact effectively at all levels
  9. Ability to cover after-office hours and weekend support if there are any infrastructure issues
  10. High-potential fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome

7. Business Development and Partnership (Jakarta)

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing or recently finished a Bachelor/Diploma
  2. Energetic, mobile, and fast learner
  3. Able to comunicate in English, is preferred
  4. Have a great interpersona and communication skill
  5. Available for at least 3 months (longer are preferred) – start immediately

8. Marketing – Campaign Operations (Jakarta)

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
  2. Background in communications/marketing is a plus
  3. Experience in eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management would be a plus
  4. Excellent command of English
  5. High attention to detail and strongly meticulous

  7. Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
