1. Recruitment Assistant (Administrative)
Job Responsibilities
- Data entry, handle records and paperwork
- Maintaining recruitment data and employee database
- Coordinating hiring activities, resume screening, initial phone screening, scheduling interview and keep calenders for all hiring teams and candidates
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
- Develop and maintain relationship with partnerships
- Other administrative task
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Business Management/Human Resources Management/Industrial Engineering or other related major
- At least having 1 year working experience or Fresh Graduate

2. Training Specialist
Job Descriptions
- Establish a training system based on the company’s work plan including establishment of systems and human resource management.
- Able to do training analysis for all department and able to make it into training plan for monthly and annually.
- Check the implementation of the training plan, evaluate the effectiveness of the training and make the training summary.
- Expand training channels and resources, develop training topics, and compile training materials.
- Internal Trainer Management including selecting and developing the internal trainers.
- Training Arrangement and Training Assessment for all employee.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above from Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or other related major
- At least have 1 years working experience as People Development or Trainer in manufacture company
- Advanced skill in Ms. Office especially in Ms. Power Point
- Have passion in training, creative, full responsibility, able to work individually and team

3. Production leader
Job Responsibility
- Memimpin karyawan produksi
- Mengawasi serta menjaga kelangsungan proses produksi
- Memastikan dan menjaga kualitas input dan output produk
- Bekerja keras dan mampu melakukan perbaikan serta improvement secara berkelanjutan di departeman produksi
- Menjalin komunikasi yang baik antara internal/eksternal departemen
- Membuat report produksi secara periodik
- Memastikan target produksi dapat tercapai tepat waktu sesuai dengan jadwal
Job Requirements
- Level pendidikan minimal Diploma atau di atasnya
- Memiliki kemampuan kepimpinan, komunikasi dan people management yang baik

Job Description
- Controlling manufacturing cost by continously improving the cost reduction from every department.
- Do and maintain the production loss and labor cost report and also need to work closely with other department to solve the abnormal finding.
- Follow up the cost project in workshop and evaluate the values.
- Checking the work order, guarantee the accuracy of WIP account and control the material loss by do the stocktake regularly.
- Other related job of manufacturing cost.

- Have related work experience in big manufacturing company around 2-3 years or fresh graduate.

5. Process Quality Engineer
Job Description
- Control defects in production and do analysis to get improvement
- During new model or trial need to evaluate and solve all of problems happened
- Make sure products send to market achieve base on standard regulation
- Follow up market complain by investigation and analysis for improvement
- Guide PQC, AQC how to control production process and inspection
- Verify all of problem finding whether low or high risk and also able to judge phenomena defect
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical
- At least have 2 years working experiences in Quality but fresh graduate are very welcome to apply
- Fluent in English or Mandarin
- Able to work over time & night shift
- Proactive, extrovert, fast learner, good at analytical and logical thinking Good computer skills ( Ms. Office etc) and able to use QC Tools

6. Internal Auditor
Job Responsibilities
- Objectively assess a company’s system and business processes
- Review of new/old business, find risk points, and do the regular check
- Promote fairness in various business activities and ensure reasonable costs
- Continous improvement on internal control system and method
- Identify, Investigate, Excavate, Reported and Prevention occurrences of fraud,embezzlement,theft,waste etc
- Improve business risk identification capabilities and improve the prevention action

7. Assistant Software Test Engineer
Job Responsibilties
- Responsible for the testing of software system functions and third party applications of mobile phones.
- Perform test activities on the project according test plan and test cases.
- Verify and handle market complaints on market models.
- Collect local test scenarios and promote to the optimization of test cases.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology.

Job Responsibility
