1. Recruitment Assistant (Administrative)

Job Responsibilities

  1. Data entry, handle records and paperwork
  2. Maintaining recruitment data and employee database
  3. Coordinating hiring activities, resume screening, initial phone screening, scheduling interview and keep calenders for all hiring teams and candidates
  4. Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
  5. Develop and maintain relationship with partnerships
  6. Other administrative task

Job Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Business Management/Human Resources Management/Industrial Engineering or other related major
  2. At least having 1 year working experience or Fresh Graduate
  3. Full Professional Proficiency in English or Mandarin

2. Training Specialist

Job Descriptions

  1. Establish a training system based on the company’s work plan including establishment of systems and human resource management.
  2. Able to do training analysis for all department and able to make it into training plan for monthly and annually.
  3. Check the implementation of the training plan, evaluate the effectiveness of the training and make the training summary.
  4. Expand training channels and resources, develop training topics, and compile training materials.
  5. Internal Trainer Management including selecting and developing the internal trainers.
  6. Training Arrangement and Training Assessment for all employee.

Job Qualifications

  1. Bachelor degree or above from Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering or other related major
  2. At least have 1 years working experience as People Development or Trainer in manufacture company
  3. Advanced skill in Ms. Office especially in Ms. Power Point
  4. Have passion in training, creative, full responsibility, able to work individually and team
  5. Good at leadership, analytical & logical thinking

  7. Able to do overtime (if needed)

3. Production leader

Job Responsibility

  1. Memimpin karyawan produksi
  2. Mengawasi serta menjaga kelangsungan proses produksi
  3. Memastikan dan menjaga kualitas input dan output produk
  4. Bekerja keras dan mampu melakukan perbaikan serta improvement secara berkelanjutan di departeman produksi
  5. Menjalin komunikasi yang baik antara internal/eksternal departemen

Job Requirements

  1. Level pendidikan minimal Diploma atau di atasnya

4. Manufacture Cost Controller

Job Description

  1. Controlling manufacturing cost by continously improving the cost reduction from every department.
  2. Do and maintain the production loss and labor cost report and also need to work closely with other department to solve the abnormal finding.
  3. Follow up the cost project in workshop and evaluate the values.
  4. Checking the work order, guarantee the accuracy of WIP account and control the material loss by do the stocktake regularly.
  5. Other related job of manufacturing cost.

Job Qualification

  1. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Industrial Engineering or Accounting.
  2. Have related work experience in big manufacturing company around 2-3 years or fresh graduate.
  3. Fluent in English or Mandarin.
  4. Have good communication skill, high initiative and have strong responsibility.
  5. Strong with data calculation and can work under pressure.
  6. Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang.

5. Process Quality Engineer

Job Description

  1. Control defects in production and do analysis to get improvement
  2. During new model or trial need to evaluate and solve all of problems happened
  3. Make sure products send to market achieve base on standard regulation
  4. Follow up market complain by investigation and analysis for improvement
  5. Guide PQC, AQC how to control production process and inspection
  6. Verify all of problem finding whether low or high risk and also able to judge phenomena defect

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical
  2. At least have 2 years working experiences in Quality but fresh graduate are very welcome to apply
  3. Fluent in English or Mandarin
  4. Able to work over time & night shift

Job Responsibilties

  1. Responsible for the testing of software system functions and third party applications of mobile phones.
  2. Perform test activities on the project according test plan and test cases.
  3. Verify and handle market complaints on market models.
  4. Collect local test scenarios and promote to the optimization of test cases.

Job Responsibility

  1. Membantu team leader dalam mengelola posisi kerja karyawan sesuai keterampilan karyawan.
